We enjoyed a comfortable stay here with everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfy. The patio was enjoyable in the nice weather. The location is wonderful - so close to the river and walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The area feels very safe, quiet and cheery. We really loved walking to the river area and found a sandy protected swimming spot super close that our 4 year old loved splashing around in! The park even provided life jackets which was awesome. The hike seems to be about 7 minutes from everything so very easy to get around. We appreciated the bikes provided and would have loved to try out the kayaks - maybe next time!

Location, location, location! The views are stunning! This home had everything needed for a recharging stay. From the hot tub, to the game room, to the fire pit, to the river access, to the kitchen amenities, to the deck with a view, to the comfortable beds, this place has it all! We felt very pampered in this pristine home. We really enjoyed the deck for sunrise coffee and evening sit-n-sips with local wine at sunset. This area has amazing wineries so close by! The homeowner was very polite, responsive and attentive to our questions or needs.

Great location! Close to stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was beautiful for morning or nightly walks. The host property is incredible. Feeding the Alpacas was an awesome bonus. The host was quick to respond to messages. Will stay again!

Brenda is an exceptional host with a great place to stay at in Boise. The location is perfect for close by hiking trails, site seeing and getting to and from the airport. A cozy downtown area has great restaurants within walking distance. I recommend staying at Brenda's if you are looking for a place in Boise.

3rd time staying at the Little House by the River. The place is a slice of heaven.The views from every corner of the house are stunning. The place was spotless,as usual,and Sue left us a chocolate Easter Bunny and chocolate egg on the counter. I cooked everyday and there's an excess of cookware/bakeware in the kitchen that makes it impossible to need anything. Spending sunrise or sunset on the porch or the hammock listening to birds, especially the cooing of mourning doves, was a joy. Seeing the quails running on the spacious lot that the property is built on ( Probably a full acre ) was amazing. Neighbors are far from you so you won't hear a thing. You can even exercise by walking on the property or relax on the hammock and watch the beautiful and colorful Idaho sunset and all God's creations from nesting birds on the property to birds of prey. Dish Internet was reliable and fast, Used it daily with zero issues. Sue is the best host and a lady with a beautiful heart .

Awesome spot, fantastic host! This is an amazing place to stay on the Snake River. The house is even better than the photos. Has all the amenities you’d expect, and Dellon is one of the best hosts you’ll find. Had a great weekend with my son and can’t wait to come back…

Kerrylyn is a great host. She replies instantly. Her neighborhood is very beautiful and peaceful. Great restaurants within 10-12 minutes, easy drive from the airport. I love the Studio, i appreciate the private door, beautiful beddings, lovely bathroom and the microwave, keurig and a fridge. Guests has their parking space. Next time i go back to Boise, I'll definitely check Kerrylyn's place first. I highly recommend Kerrylyn's AirB&B Definitely a sweet place if you need Peace and Quiet. My husband stayed back in June of 2024 and loved it! So we came down to visit our daughter and celebrate his birthday, and I see why! All the reviews accurately describe the place. You absolutely can’t beat the location, and Jeanie Sue is very responsive. It’s a charming studio apartment that was perfect for the two of us and our little dog. So many places around to eat, drink coffee, and taste wine. It’s so nice to see all the new places opening up in Garden City. We look forward to our next visit!

With the river steps away from the back patio and lush landscaping in a quiet residential golf community, this studio guesthouse provides a private, relaxing, sanctuary like setting for guests to enjoy. Sliding glass doors, large windows and a thoughtful design give this immaculate studio an airy and spacious feeling. The kitchen is adequately stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. along with basics of coffee, tea, cooking oil and a few spices. The bed is comfy, pillows are soft, bathroom towels are luxurious and shower water pressure is great. Hosts Rebecca and Stan were welcoming and gracious, offering us an early check in and access to the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return if we are in the Boise/Eagle area again.
