Beautifully designed apartment, modern, clean, nice outside space. Donatella is lovely, very friendly, responsive and happy to go the extra mile for her guests. Useful local recommendations. We personally loved the Blue Hush cafe and bar round the corner.

Posto molto comodo per chi viaggia in macchina e anche vicino al centro di Bologna sia con mezzi che a piedi. Casa molto accogliente e spaziosa, con tutto il necessario per i nostri 5 giorni di pernottamento.

Appartement proche du centre et facilement accessible à pied! Plus compliqué en voiture mais Bologne étant une ville très piétonne, ce n’est pas un soucis. Appartement propre et agréable, avec TV dans la chambre et dans le salon! Draps et essuies fournis! Rue calme malgré la proximité du centre. Hôte très gentil et très réactif :)!

Avons passé un excellent séjour chez gabriella et avons pu déguster tous les matins un petit déjeuner très copieux. Gabriella est une personne formidable et parlant un français remarquable. Elle nous a conseillé sur les visites de Bologne et reste toujours disponible. Le logement est très bien situé et très fonctionnel. Il ne manque rien et ont se sent comme à la maison. De plus dans la cour , il est possible de stationner son véhicule en toute sécurité. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés. A recommander

Great place to stay in beautiful Bologna - easy to walk into the center of town and plenty of local amenities near by. The location was brilliant for us and we really enjoyed staying here, lovely flat with everything we needed - we will be back!

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Andrea’s place. The location is perfect—right in the center, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The garden is a hidden gem: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and feels like a private oasis. The house was spotless and well-equipped, and Andrea was a warm and welcoming host, always available and kind. Highly recommended!

Cristina was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. She made helpful suggestions about local restaurants. The building is on a lively street, right in the heart of the city. Easy to walk everywhere. The apartment is at the back of a courtyard and very peaceful and quiet. I was amazed by the lack of street noise and woke to birdsong each morning. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and had everything you might need. I’d definitely return here.

Appartamento confortevole, pulito e in buona posizione quasi di fronte a Villa Spada in una zona tranquilla e verde di Bologna, non lontana dal centro (fermata del bus 20 a pochi metri). Arredato piacevolmente, bel bagno con ampia doccia e letto comodo. Peccato la mancanza di lavastoviglie e lavatrice (noi siamo rimasti due settimane) Grande punto a favore il piacevolissimo guardino. We had a large family group and took up 3 of their apartments. They were very accommodating, patient with us and each apartment was beautiful. The view from this location is amazing. The young man who helped us check in was the highlight of the stay, as he gave us great restaurant recommendations and attended to our every need with a smile and greeting. Highly recommend staying here.

Bologna ist eine Reise wert! Herziges Appartement, sehr ruhig mit ganz kleinem Balkon, aber top. Sehr gut gelegen, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch vom Bahnhof kann man gut laufen (ca 30 Min) Wohnung ist sehr sauber, alles vorhanden inklusive Guetzli und Milch, Cornflakes und Confitüre zum Frühstück. Paolo gibt gute Tipps, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles hat perfekt geklappt. Wir würden in Bologna wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

L’appartamento di Isabella è splendido. Isabella e suo figlio sono stati molto disponibili. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e hanno fatto il possibile per venirci incontro e farci passare un week end bellissimo. Posizione centrale, vicinissimi al Pratello ma comunque silenziosissimo perché situato all’interno di una corte privata. Consigliatissimo!

Raffaella’s apartment in Bologna is just brilliant. Raffaella met us in person and showed us around the apartment. She explained how everything worked, and there is also a book with instructions for everything , and tips for local places to go. The apartment itself is fantastic. It is clean, inviting and has a really well equipped kitchen. You have an amazing view of the old town. The location is perfect. You are near to many great areas for restaurants and bars, there is a good supermarket minutes away, and the station is only fifteen minutes walk away too. We just had a brilliant time here, and Raffaella was a fantastic friendly and helpful host.

The apartment is located in a great area - about 15 min from the center, neighborhood coffee shop with excellent coffee options, good food and went into cocktails, wine & beer and music each night. There was a lot to see and do in the immediate area and it was secure and quiet at night. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. Be mindful there is no lift and you will carry your luggage to the third floor. Cecilia Maria generously offered to take the luggage for us. Cecilia Maria was an amazing host who responded quickly. No question was too much, she was willing to source any information we requested and went beyond our expectations with details like transportation & local recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay with her again.

This apartment is located in the historic center of Bologna, easy to walk to everywhere. It is cleaned, well planned, well furnished, with comfortable bed, It is very quiet in the evening. Communication with Alessandra was fantastic, she met us at check-in and explain everything we need to know about the apartment and Bologna. We had a wonderful & comfortable stay at the apartment while visiting Bologna. Strongly recommended

Great price point for a well appointed flat in a lively area of Bologna. Also, having a bathroom for each room is quite a treat. Despite late night bars being close, the flat is surprisingly quiet. Would recommend staying here!
