Bolton Landing/Lake George - Beautiful open loft apartment above a garage. Very serene and quiet. Has a seasonal view of Lake George. Fully furnished with a queen bed and a queen sleeper couch. Full kitchen with an island. Living room area has a wood burning stove. Also has a large bath with a walk in shower. TV, and internet. Small deck with barbeque grill. 2 miles to the town of Bolton Landing and public beaches. 15 minutes to Lake George Village and all other activities in the area.

Small Adirondack cabin with a loft type sleeping area. One queen bed and a full size futon. Can easily host 2 adults and 2 children. Two couples are possible but limited privacy. Renovated cabin in Bolton Landing. Private setting with short walk to the Pinnacle trail head, 5 minute quick drive into town for groceries, public town beach, boat launch, Sagamore Resort, public beaches, restaurants, brewery, and shops. Gore ski area (40 minute drive. Dog pets are on an exception basis.

Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

We are a newly renovated 380 sq foot tiny home located near all the Adirondack’s has to offer. 🦉 Enjoy all modern amenities while embracing days full of nearby nature and exploring. Come back after a long day to watch movies, grill dinner, and enjoy time in our large private backyard or screened in porch. *NOTE. This cozy cottage is on Blue Ledge Farm- a working goat dairy. It is a one-bedroom with a double fold-out futon in living room to potentially fit 4 guests. It is within 15 minutes of both Brandon and Middlebury, 1 hour south of Burlington. Pets are allowed, on leash. It can possibly include a farm and cheese tasting for an extra $20 per person (contact host in advance). It is the perfect place if you're an animal or cheese lover looking for a rustic and relaxing stay on a beautiful farm.

This cottage was lovingly finished with a beautiful gas fireplace, quartz countertops in the fully equipped kitchen, and barn wood accents for a luxurious yet rustic feel. Enjoy a cocktail while playing darts, ring toss and card games in the tiki hut. Bolton downtown shops, and restaurants are only a 2 min drive. Lake George village 20 min away.

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.

Cozy Poultney Village Apartment

I enjoy booking my two-story in-law apartment with a private entrance, which is attached to my 1850 Poultney Village home. I am located a block from Main Street with shops, books, and eateries. I am in the lakes region of Vermont, close to both Lake St. Catherine and Lake Bomoseen. Killington is 35 miles away. We am also located a mile from the NY border and the entrance to Lake George and the Adirondacks.
