Wow, what a place!! We had THE BEST vacation and enjoyed every minute we spent at this beautiful beach home. We spent most of our time in the pool with attached hot tub but the beach is only a 2 minute walk across the street! The view Is breathtaking. Definitely pay for the pool heat if you stay during colder months! The house was generously stocked with kitchen items/supplies, pool toys, beach/volleyballs, towels, and even laundry items. We used some of what was supplied but also tried to contribute to the stock for future guests. The stove is induction so it takes getting used to if you’re not familiar with its quirks. We had 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 2-9) and with the exception of the 2 y/o struggling with the stairs, everything was kid-friendly and manageable. The property management company was very responsive to any questions we had. There is a pull-out to the right of the stove that’s full of spices and oil/sprays, so check there before buying more. Stay here, it’s the best!

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was adorable, bathroom was clean- loved the rain fall shower head! Breakfast was out the next morning by the time we asked and it was fresh, hot, and delicious! Also, in walking distance Publix. Would recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone staying in the area! Thank you for your hospitality!

House was great. Well decorated. Pool was very nice and being next to the small lake was very nice. House was in a nice neighborhood but you had to drive to get to restaurants, bars, shopping. Only real negative was the AC went out twice and the Wi-Fi was out for a couple of days. I believe the AC should be updated. We miss being on the beach but we would definitely consider coming back.

The house was comfortable and outfitted with basic kitchen items for our stay (4 adults). We liked the peaceful setting in a nice neighborhood, with view of the canal. There are grocery stores very close by (Aldi and Publix). Nothing is really within walking distance, but a very short ride in the car (5-10 min) will get you to shopping and restaurants. Grill on the screened in patio worked well. Host was easy to reach when needed using the Airbnb message feature. He proactively shared the move-in instructions and reached out several times to see if we needed anything. As was mentioned in the listing, if you are staying a week and planning to cook at the house, you'll need to buy some extra paper towels, garbage bags and dishwasher detergent as only a couple of each are provided.

Sarah was very nice and extremely quick to respond! She went above and beyond helping us retrieve a few belongings we forgot at the house. Thanks again Sarah! The house was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Nice amenities. Oh and exceptionally clean which was very much appreciated! One thing to note if you’re traveling with toddlers: the back end of the pool has a steep drop off to the grass area which isn’t totally obvious in the photos. Just a heads up. We had a 2.5 year old and a 1.5 year old and just kept them away from that side of the pool.

In town to meet my new Grandson. Walkable to their house. Great neighborhood, close to activities. Clean and comfortable home. Enjoyed our stay!

Brent’s house was perfect for what we wanted. An escape from the cold for a week. It’s spacious and close to everything we wanted. Very well stocked, clean and great communication. Thank you! We would love to visit again! We loved our stay!

It is a very nice condo. The only problem I had was a 10 digit code to get in the door. Had to call and get another code. Make sure you use the keys in the bowl because no one can remember a 10 digit code little excessive, it was very clean great balcony gated community. I would definitely go back. I highly recommend, and it was very reasonable discounted because I believe there was a new roof getting put on, but did not affect me at all. The communication with vacasa Florida’s was exceptional either text or call they resolve my small Problem with the wrong door code very quickly and got us into the unit

We have visited Marco several times over the years and absolutely love Riverside condos. This unit in particular was perfect! View, location and amenities were fantastic. Hosts John and Theresa were very responsive to any questions and felt like they truly care about their guests. Restaurants are all walkable - along with shopping at Rose Marina! The wagon that was provided was a game changer for us hiking out to tigertail beach. Perfect stay all around!

We enjoyed our stay - it was very clean and comfortable, and we appreciated having access to a pool, tennis courts, and other amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo, including its proximity to the pool where we had a chance to meet friendly people. Bonita Bay has beautiful walking trails and parks and its location is accessible to everything we needed.

Our family of four loved this stay. It was far away from the noise of downtown. The private beach right down the street was key for our stay. Super clean, we saw manatees in the bay behind too! We will be returning soon.

Can’t say enough great things about this place! Karen always responded immediately. Condo was all brand new and high end furnishings. Direct ocean view from the top floor so you don’t have to worry about noise from above. Plenty of beach chairs and pool area also overlooks the ocean. Has grills near the pool and shuffleboard. Sunsets are spectacular from your balcony.
