Rest and rejuvenate in privacy at the cozy Fern Cottage which nestles in a 1/3 acre woodland garden with paths and hideaway seating areas. Each room has a garden view except the walk-in closet. Less than a mile from Boulder Creek, other areas to explore are a hop, skip & jump away: picnic and swim at the river beach park in town, hike & bike on trails, and 30 min. to ocean beaches, galleries, jazz clubs, surfboard rentals, theaters, restaurants, the Boardwalk & Santa Cruz Wharf and more.

You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only). Although 4 wheel is needed, THE ROAD IS RURAL, NARROW AND STEEP. Ideal for confident drivers. Permit #211304
