Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Nybyggd stuga med bastu, badtunna och egen brygga

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

Haus Kilstrand direkt am Sävensee

Das Haus wurde 2017 renoviert und überzeugt unsere Gäste in der Gestaltung des Innenraumes. Hier fühlen sich allein Reisende, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen wohl. Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. Vill du njuta av bastu med kallbad med relax och/eller jacuzzi så finns det mot en extra kostnad. Med skogen utanför dörren har du nära till vandringsleder med både älg och rådjur. Sök stillhet på vårt rymliga trädäck med utsikt över den lugnande bäcken. En plats för återhämtning där du kan släppa vardagsstressen och fylla på med ny energi i en avstressande miljö.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Stunning lakehouse - 25 min from Goteborg airport

Enjoy the nature right next to lake Torskabotte in Tollered. Rent a small cozy lakehouse, on a half island with everything you may need for a nice get away. Perfect for two. Please note! You can rent bedlinens and towels for a fee, or you can provide it for yourself if you wish. You can't follow a GPS to our cabin. Write to us to get the right directions. In the lakehouse there is a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view over lake Torskabotten.

Unikt svinhus utanför Borås

En kvart utanför Borås i Fritsla ligger denna tegelbyggnad som var ett svinhus för 100 år sedan. Här njuter ni av naturen och Häggån som rinner 10 m från huset. Det är ett lugnt område med två andra bostadshus några hundra meter bort. Huset består av ett enda stort allrum på 100 m2 med kök, matplats och soffdel med öppen spis.
