We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb! Samir is an extremely responsive, friendly and helpful host! He visited us the to make sure we were right at home and to ask if we needed anything from him. He also gave us local recommendations for places nearby. Overall highly recommended!

This was my first time booking in AirBnb and Mr. Samir made it memorable for me. He’s such a great host who made my stay much more convenient than I expected. Understandably his apartment will be my automatic choice in my next visit to Mumbai.

Quiet, clean, helpful caretaker, good home cooked food. Not very far from Thal beach. we soaked up the sun in the winter mornings. Lying on the hammock or in the lawn. Nice big wadi with supari and coconut trees.

Beautiful heritage themed apartment. Heritage artwork on walls and ceiling is absolutely stunning. We could clearly feel the devotion towards hospitality. We loved the interiors and the vintage touch to everything in the apartment. It was a pleasant surprise that vintage crockery like wooden bowls and meenakari utensils are in the apartment to give heritage feel to the apartment.The linen was also matching the theme which made everything so exciting for us. The house is well maintained and clean. The manager Yash is good in his job and is available for any support throughout the stay. The location is just perfect. There are markets, grocery shops just outside the building. Travelling from this apartment is a breeze. It is fully loaded with rickshaws, taxis, cabs, buses and also metro. It was a wonderful stay. Highly recommended

Shilpi was a great host. She was very responsive and always reachable. Villa is as per pictures. It a place where you’re out of honking and noise of Mumbai. A very pleasant stay and would definitely book in future for any Mumbai visit!

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

Our stay was amazing, very relaxing. Vinod ji and Beena ji are superb hosts and they have fantastic team to support them. Sanjay cooks really yummy meals including barbecue at night amongst the stars. We went to the lake which is just 15 mins down the hill - Nilesh helped lead the way. It was fun. There's a beautiful view of the mountains from the dining place. We enjoyed our stay a lot, away from the crowds and amongst nature. Already plan to visit it again in the rains.

It’s a nice homely stay. The support staff is really amazing! Swimming pool is exactly like what’s shown in pictures.

This is a great place to stay! The travel is a little long since it’s situated a little in the interiors but its completely worth it. The rooms are very well kept and complete hygiene has been maintained across the property. They have a beautiful lawn and a backdrop of the trees, it’s located next to a river as well. Perfect place for a getaway from the city. The host and staff are very helpful and try and accommodate all our needs. Highly recommendable and will definitely visit again.

It was a great stay. Host was continuously in touch since the time of booking for every little thing. Food was good and even the smallest of the requests were taken care of

It was booked for Birthday Celebration and it went well. Completely satisfied with care taker. I Specially booked this Listing only for pool and we really had fun with my homies. Worth it.

Had planned a surprise proposal for my partner and also her birthday party. The complete event was amazing. Videesh and Mohit were super helpful. Not only they helped in arranging the place as per my requirements but they also ensured that I get help in all my other arrangements as well like food, decorations, etc. Thanks Videesh and Mohit, it was an amazing event.
