Villa Hav & Hygge is a modern house located in the charming Österlen "the Swedish Provence". This is a place where loved ones come to spend time together, away from demands and daily stress, enjoying each others company. It's a place place where each season is celebrated in a memorable way with friends and family. The name of the house “Hav & Hygge”, refers to the peacefulness and quiet of a beach house near the ocean, where the sound of the gentle lapping of waves creating a sense of calm.

Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the larger one on the right. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a large sleeping loft with headroom for adults to stand. Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Här bor du lugnt med havsbrus och skog runt knuten. Två sovrum (160 och 140 cm säng), fullt utrustat kök, badrum med dusch, vardagsrum med TV, matplats och snabbt Wi-Fi. Njut av trädäck, uteplats med grill och låna cyklar för att upptäcka omgivningarna. Perfekt för morgondopp, långa strandpromenader och avkopplande dagar på vackra Österlen.

Omgivningen här är präglad av den vackra, kritvita och milslånga sandstranden, klitterna och strandskogen. Havsbadet är mycket långgrunt och passar därför utmärkt för barnfamiljer. Huset ligger på en stor och lummig 1600kvm tomt endast 150 m från stranden. Huset är rymligt (ca 200kvm) med underbar stämning. Här finns det rum för att samlas många men även kunna ha viss avskildhet.

Österlen bjuder på sin vackraste solnedgång på uteplatsen till detta lugna och moderna boende. Välkomna till Lundsgård. Här kan ni vila i avskildhet mellan besöken på allt vad Österlen erbjuder. Annexet har sex bäddar (två i bäddsoffa), modernt kök med kyl, frys, diskmaskin, kaffeapparat och brödrost. I badrummet finns dusch, tvätt-maskin och torktumlare. Ni parkerar precis utanför. Träskhuset

Träskhuset är ett arkitektritat hus byggt 2023. Det är byggt av korslimmat trä och står på stolpar i ett träsk med bokskogen som närmsta granne. Vintertid är du omgiven av vatten, sommartid hög växtlighet. Här bor du i ett stilrent hus med utsikt mot skogen. Design av Sorgenfri Build Concept. Gratis parkering på gemensam uppfart. Laddning för elbil tillgänglig. Huset ligger cirka 50 från vårt eget hus. Glada barnskrik kan därför ibland höras i närheten.

Charmigt hus i Kåseberga

Fantastiskt boende i hjärtat av Kåseberga. Detta huset är ursprungligen den gamla brandstationen som tidigare fanns i byn, men har sedan varsamt renoverats och behållit sin charm med de råa stenväggarna, takbjälkar och vackra stengolv. En kort promenad tar dig ner till det charmiga gamla fiskeläget i hamnen. Här finns rökeri, restauranger, butiker, café och glasskiosk. There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder.
