Sunnybrook Farm is nestled in the heart of the of the Famous Triple Crown Hiking Trails, with Tinker Cliffs only a mile away. The property consists of 9 plus acres where you will find a refreshing pool( seasonal) to unwind in or relax in the hot tub(year round). The studio apartment is located on the ground level of our home, there is no entry access to the main house, allowing you complete privacy. Fiber internet, TV, mini frig, microwave, coffee, bottled water, and a few snacks are provided.

The full kitchen includes a dishwasher, and there's a laundry room on site. An electric lift at the front door and bathroom handrails are available for added convenience.
