Private use of the field shown is included in the rental and is ideal for a picnic. Nothing is better than a glass of wine outside by the fire pit at night enjoying the view of the bridges. A Cornish Cream Tea welcomes you upon arrival.

A picturesque quaint little 1 bedroom cottage tucked away in a small hamlet, perched alongside a stream, in the middle of beautiful countryside but a stones throw away from the market town of Saltash and Plymouth further afield. Enjoy a drink in the enclosed courtyard, whilst the stream runs beneath you, or have dinner in the private conservatory dining room, followed by a bath in the roll top bath. Free wifi and a 42" LED Smart TV. The bedroom is located up a short set of steep stairs.

Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall & West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our 1/4 acre garden. Church View Cottage is a beautiful house right next door to our home, The Old Rectory, Rame, Cornwall and opposite the ancient Rame Church of St Germanus. We are close to the beautiful wedding venue of Polhawn Fort, five minutes by car 15 minutes walk along the lanes. We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. We offer comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.

A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We've aimed to make the room as practical as possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.
