Guests can walk, bike or drive to access dining and shopping in our quaint little town and simply step outside to access some of the best hiking and biking in Boulder County. River/Mountain Getaway-Private, Large,In-Law Suite

Built in 2016, after our original home was destroyed in the Jamestown flood 2013, this basement apt. was created to provide housing for aging parents, friends and guests below our primary home. Wonderful, large 800 sq ft, open floor plan apt. However, the acre lot landscaping is still being reconstructed. Pets are allowed. We charge $15/day per pet. Also note, there is no fence on our property. There is a large open space park 300’ away as well as access to USFS 1/4 mile from your door.

Multi use trail outside back gate, leading to endless miles of wonderful trails for biking/hiking/running. Bus stop at end of the street or a short drive to Boulder(7 miles) and Longmont(4 miles). This basement unit with separate entrance is a wonderful location for your vacation or work trip.

We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.
