The place is ideal for the trip plans we had. It's close to both Bournemouth and Southampton which is where we were planning to visit. We only stayed in during the morning for breakfast to eat and in the evening to sleep as we are always out and about during the day. There are plenty of shops nearby (5-7 mins drive) as well as takeaway restaurants. The place is also very child friendly. Plenty of toys to play with, sandbox outside and travel cot. Karen the host was very responsive and helpful. She still managed to accommodate our needs even though we booked the place at the last minute. We were really pleased with our stay and as soon as we walked in the house, it felt homey straight away. I would highly recommend this place as it is in a peaceful and in a quiet area and plus there is a designated parking space for 2. I would definitely come back to stay here again. If only this had a private hot tub, we would have enjoyed our stay even more as the swimming pool can get really packed.

We had a lovely stay at enchanted. It was so peaceful and the cabin is really cozy. Everything was clean and tidy and we loved the little decorative touches. The hot tub was ready to use as soon as we arrived and we definitely made the most of it! Would 100% stay again!

The glass house was a lovely staycation, with lots of amenities and kitchen accessories, the bathroom was nice and clean, TV was acting up but I’m sure it’s being sorted out. For the price a pretty good deal. Also the Hottub is a must , super relaxing. Fairly local food spots too. From London was a long drive but definitely worth it !

Salterns Lodge was everything me and my partner wanted and more! Although apart of Gareth and Marie's property they have done an excellent job at separating the lodge with its own entrance that makes it very private. It's an absolutely beautiful lodge with all the amenities you'd need with a lovely garden and hot tub which is a big bonus! The location is perfect, close to everything we needed and a good central spot to travel from. Gareth and Marie were very accommodating and flexible with check in and out times and provided us with information and recommendations around the area which was appreciated. We would happily stay here again in a future visit to the New Forest.

My friend and I booked Sandi’s place for two nights away from the husband and kids to relax and unwind and boy did it deliver! The chalet is in amazing condition, the view over the horses is so relaxing and we loved the hot tub. Everything we needed we had there; it was wonderful to have an en suite in addition to the bathroom. Everything was so comfortable and clean and just smelled amazing. Would highly recommend!

First time booking with Airbnb and it didn’t disappoint . Host gave us a flexible check in, we got to check in at 2pm instead of 4pm. Place was tidy and clean, hot tub was perfect. Host gave clear instructions with how to used things such as the blinds, hot tub etc.

We booked this for 3 nights for a last minute break in the Easter Holidays. It was a lovely space for a family of 4 with everything we needed. The holiday park itself is very clean with plenty to do. You will need to pay for a pass to use the facilities (including the restaurant) which worked out £100 for a family of 4. The indoor swimming pool got very busy, however, I think this was because the outdoor pool wasn't open yet and it was a bit chilly for the beach - so I imagine that during the summer people spread out a bit more! We booked the The Beachcomber restaurant for our first evening. The food was ok but it was a fun place to eat as a little robot brings your food over. Overall, we had a lovely break and we would probably return in the future.

Teresa was a lovely host, very friendly and communicative Sadly I had to cancel last minute, my fault not hers. But I would definitely love to stay there another time.

Had a really great stay! The cabin was even better than expected. Really great location, immaculate condition. If you’re looking for a staycation by the sea I would highly recommend. Perfect for dogs with lots of places to walk. A comfortable and homely cabin to come back to.

We have visited and stayed in the New Forest many times as a family but this was by far our favourite stay at this wonderful Cabin in the woods! Michael is an extremely attentive host and made sure everything went smoothly for our stay. The welcome basket was an incredibly kind touch. The Cabin itself is just wonderful - extremely comfy beds, beautifully decorated, well equipped with everything you could need and beyond. It is well stocked with games for both indoors and outdoors which our children loved. But the location and surroundings are the real stand out - utterly idyllic in a peaceful and private patch of the forest. Our children loved being able to roam free and explore and an evening spent by the fire pit listening to the sound of birdsong will be etched in our memories forever. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here - book it now!! And we will definitely return as soon as we can.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy and well-equipped guest house in Brockenhurst. The interior is modern with thoughtful details that made it feel very welcoming. Our son especially loved the sleeping area on the top level - a fun little hideaway for kids! The backyard is a peaceful spot to relax, with birds singing in the background adding to the charm. The railway is quite close to the house, which might be a consideration for light sleepers, but it didn't bother us at all. Overall, a great place to stay - we'd definitely come back!

Firstly Host is really responsive, makes recommendations if requested, goes the extra mile with small touches like toiletry, kids toys, jam/buscuits, coffee etc. Place is spotless Location is quiet and not far from clubhouse Value is exception Chrissy was great, allowed an early and late check out if we wanted. I can’t speak highly enough about Jan’s lodge and the way she treated us as guests. Jan gave us very clear instructions in advance, and upon arrival we were greeted with a clean and homely accommodation which was very well equipped for all possible needs. Jan had gone to the trouble of leaving us some milk, wine, fruit and snacks, which was not expected but very much appreciated. We had one minor issue with one of the two toilets not filling with water but within 2 hours of reporting it, Jan had arranged for someone to come and fix it, very impressed! Outside the lodge was a lovely garden area and a deck to sit on, and we were greeted regularly by a number of birds, squirrels and even some rabbits, a very pleasant surrounding compared to the more suburban area we live in. The lodge is in an excellent place for easy travel to Poole/Bournemouth, Weymouth, Swanage, Monkey World, Tank Museum, etc, all no more than 30 mins drive. A highly recommended host and accommodation!

We had a great time and it is a beautiful location. Alison was very accommodating and let us check in early and check out late. The nearby beach is very quiet and fun. Our little one (and ourselves) had lots of fun looking for treasure among the sea shells, fossils and sea glass. The only downside (which would not put me off for coming back to this place) was the low water pressure of the shower. Overall a great experience and a great place to stay with a great host.

From start to finish this was the perfect choice. Particularly pleasing was cleanliness and that cleaning products were available. Decor and furniture were to our liking and slept well due in part to a comfortable mattress. In summary, would i stay again? Yes

Alan's place is a great base for some walking in the new forest and a quiet retreat in nature. The basic cabin was perfect for a little walking holiday and catching up with old friends

We really enjoyed our stay, was a last min surprise for my partner's birthday - and Sarah was a great host - very responsive, and had thought of all the little details. The bed was super comfy, the heater and the electric blanket made it a lovely, cosy space. We ordered breakfast as well which was delicious and really good value. It felt slightly on the pricey side for what it was but appreciate it is quite a unique offering in the area and we booked quite last minute. Sarah helped with recommendations for where to eat out and nothing was too much trouble for her. We drove into Swanage / the beachfront as I was heavily pregnant but the distance was walkable. There were lots of fun things to do in town, even off season. The guest book was testament to how many other people had stayed and loved it as well - thank you so much!

We’ve just spend 6 lovely days at the Hideaway. Nina is a great host- happy to help and the information pack was great too. The accommodation is large, fully equipped for us and our dog! We had a lovely welcome pack on arrival and Reggie our dog did too. There’s everything you need here for a relaxing stay, blankets, logs for the fire, a fully equipped kitchen- a real home from home. The kitchen teallybis exceptional. The addition of a bench and seats plus a hot tub in the private patio area means you could stay here and not need to leave!! The accommodation was spotlessly clean with a huge about of storage which is often lacking. With a very short walk to the beach, it was perfect for walking Reggie yet a short drive from everywhere on the island. The attention to detail on the decor is amazing- a unique place to stay which we would recommend 💯% to anyone visiting the Isle of Wight.

Such a beautiful location and a great space to stay in. My family and I had a great time. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Myself, husband and 6 year old had a fabulous 4 nights at Katy and Ray's place, vist8ng from London for the easter holidays . It was a great base to explore the area, so close to the beautiful beaches on the Studland we loved being onky a 5 minute drive away from the beaches. Also explored the Blue Pool, and rode on the steam trains from Swange to Norden. If driving head to reception to get a map as we did find it tricky find in a car where the carvan was. You can park you car on the grass outside it, as we asked reception but does require some manoeuvring driving between the other caravans. However super convenient to have your car close to unload from. there's also a bus stop right outside the complex. We used the indoor pool on site, easy to book, and the pool itself was a good size for our 6 year old to splash and swim about in. A great addition for a less sunny day. A great value place, cosy, clean and with games for kids, felt like a home away from home. We'd stay again!

it was a great stay at the Hyde, we were treated with a lovely home made cake , my fiance and I went there to celebrate our 6 year anniversary and we ended up getting engaged , Laura was really accommodating and so friendly made us feel welcome. it is a great location, it's close to durdle door and pool and there is so much to do around this area !
