Fern Barn a quintessentially English homestead on a small private estate at the bottom of a tranquil valley. The wisteria clad 200 year old original Devon barn has been converted into two luxury holiday homes, retaining the scissor beam trusses and features. Open plan living with UFH and cosy wood burners. The second floor balconies look across to the babbling stream and woodland. Amongst the courtyard of buildings is the indoor heated 11 mtr pool, with showers and private changing facilities.

'The Grange' has its very own private 34 ft heated swimming pool (year round) in the garden only a minute's walk from the house. Guests are welcome to swim as much as they like! Year round water temp 28 degrees. On a third of a mile long private driveway. A huge garden including a mature orchard, outdoor decked dining area, patio seating area and firepit grill. The farm won a 'Most Beautiful Farm' award at the House of Lords. Working farm, see and feed calves, fruit pick and see our beehives.

An ‘upside-down’ cottage, Yan’s barn, formerly a stable, is a cosy retreat for two. A snug double bedroom downstairs opens onto the enclosed outdoor decked area, complete with table & chairs. The well-equipped kitchen has high ceilings & exposed beams, as well as a table with seating for four people. The utility area, with washing machine and dryer, leads onto the shower room. A few stairs up from the kitchen is a homely sitting room with sofas & a TV There is a Shared heated indoor pool

Welcome to The Culm, our cosy 1 bed maisonette situated in lovely Devon in the Blackdown Hills an AONB. The Culm benefits from its own entrance and parking for 2 cars. We are lucky to be surrounded by glorious countryside with many walks on our door step. We are located on the outskirts of the village of Hemyock. Make the most of our lovely 13m indoor heated swimming pool, pool table and sauna (shared with owners). Dog friendly 🐶 We are situated between the north and south coasts.
