Please note: We require guests to book the total amount of persons staying as we charge per-guest. We do not have a TV and our home is not suitable for unsupervised young children. Between Whitwell’s Delight and Bowers Beach Road, across from the old Tuthill Brothers Farm, we have a quiet space that is perfect for up to eight people to feel at home; great for couples or a tight-knit group of friends or family. This freshly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath home can sleep up to 8 people per stay. 1,750 sqft of indoor space, a front porch and fire pit area will give your group plenty of space to relax during your visit. Your kids will love the playground, and basketball court across the street. Home includes 4x full size beds and 2 full baths. Home is about a 4 block walk to the beach entrance. Enjoy the included bikes or 6 person surrey! House comes equipped with a charcoal grill, beach chairs, and firepit.

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

We are 5 mins from Highway 1 and located 15 mins from DE Sports Complex 10 mins from Highway 13 (Dupont Ave) Near the mall, casino, racetrack, shopping, and many restaurants. Killens Pond State Park is a 10 min drive. Harrington Casino the Del. State Fair is 15 mins from us.

This comfortable home is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. It’s a large ranch house with 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating 8 people. Bowers is Kent County’s hidden gem on the DE Bay. Have coffee on the porch and watch the people go by, or get up early to see the sunrise. Our walkable town offers opportunities for a quiet sunset walk, fishing the river, rent a kayak at the bait shop or dinner at JPs wharf. Your hosts are nearby and available for you!

Warm, Cozy, Beach Cottage on the Bay

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful beach cottage. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The kids bedroom has a twin bunk bed. The walk through bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out twin bed as well as 2 queen size sofa beds. NOTE: THIS IS A BAY BEACH AND IS NOT A SWIMMING BEACH. The beach is great for taking long walks and sunning but not suitable for bathing. House has stairs and is elevated, not suitable for folks who have difficulty with stairs.

The Big Yellow House

Located in a Wildlife Preserve Area on the beach, The Big Yellow House has lots to offer--beachfront, spectacular views of the Marsh, wildlife--including heron, osprey, horseshoe crabs, bald eagles! House offers space for up to 10 family members--3 queen beds, plus one queen sofa, and one king daybed. Elevator for getting those groceries upstairs.
