My house is a lovely totally remodeled open floor plan two story built in 1890 located near downtown with easy access to stores, bars, restaurants and theater. I kept the old charm but brought in all the modern conveniences. It has a huge kitchen, nice dining room and living room. Two bedrooms are upstairs and each is an ensuite with a Juliet balcony, and a third sleeping area. Enclosed front & back porch and 3 patios 1 covered. Enjoy the gas grill and patios with our nice cool evenings.

If you use a/c at night it has disrupted sleeping for past guests, when it drains. Our evenings are cool here so you can open windows and turn off unit.
