It is an ideal location for exploring the Norfolk Broads and the stunning Norfolk Coastline or simply to relax & unwind, curling up in front of the log burner with a good book or enjoying listening to the birds and watching the wildlife from the private and enclosed back garden.

Spacious studio annexe with private entrance in the beautiful rural setting of Manor Hall Farm, with it's 10 acres of meadows and grounds for dog walking. Close to Norfolk Broads National Park - for birdwatching, canoeing, sailing. Half an hour from the beaches at Winterton, Horsey and Sea Palling for summer days out or winter seal watching. Within easy reach of historic Norwich and Great Yarmouth. Up to 2 pets welcome - for a small charge. Brand new shower room, with underfloor heating.

The Coach House near Norwich, the Broads & coast

Light and airy, the Coach House is the perfect place for a relaxing break. The open plan living room is spacious but cosy and has a stylish mix of antique and modern furniture plus a wood burner for cooler evenings. The whole house is on one level and has been designed to be accessible. We're close to Norwich and the Broads, with the coast only 20 mins away. There is a regular bus service into Norwich from outside the gate, so no need to have a car. Note: not suitable for children under 12.

Welcome to our charming holiday barn in the picturesque village of Brooke, nestled in the heart of Norwich's beautiful countryside. This barn conversion offers the perfect escape for those seeking a taste of rural life. It boasts an open plan kitchen/living room area, large bathroom and an outdoor decking area where you can take in the scenic surroundings. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom on the mezzanine floor which is accessed using the spiral staircase.

Enjoy private access, a comfy double bed, tea and coffee facilities, a smart TV, modern furnishings, electric radiators, and an ensuite.

This peaceful hideaway was once the home of the Marshman who tended to the cattle grazing on the marshes. Perfect for walkers, Birdwatchers and nature lovers and those who love walking their dogs. Riverside pub is only a 10 minute walk away along the boardwalk and footpaths. Fully fenced garden.

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.

INGLOSS-SKIES is a luxury one bedroom barn for 2 adults set in the Norfolk Countryside with far reaching 360 degree rural views. Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Palm View sleeps 2 with open‑plan living, a double bedroom, shower room and a secluded patio with an all‑year private hot tub. Clean, comfortable and great value with no hidden fees, plus the personal touches and local guidance only a family‑run stay can offer. Shared pool is available on bookings from May - end September.
