The form, colour and materiality nestles the dwelling sensitively into the deep green bush terrain and a generous courtyard defined by carefully crafted limestone walls which seamlessly connect inside and outside while also providing privacy and shelter. The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Easy and safe to walk to the beach with access to footpaths and nature walks out the front of the house .

The Nest

A gentle, quiet space to relax, unwind, and escape. Our special self-contained guest house is named 'The Nest' for a good reason. Small, cosy, and a place to feel like you can truly 'switch off'. For this reason, we decided there would be no television/WiFi. The space is perfect for a couple, or a solo traveller. We also welcome small children if you're all happy to snuggle up in the King bed! We welcome pets, please just give us the heads up. Time to slow down. We can't wait to welcome you.

The Glass Keeper

The Glass Keeper is a beautiful refurbished small villa located only a short walk from the main street of Margaret River. We are pet friendly ( small). Our villa has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and peaceful stay. We have had great joy in finding lots of quirky, and interesting decor items that we think makes The Glass Keeper special and unique. This is our beloved space that we wish to share with you. We hope you love it as much as we do. Where the river meets the sea.

Rondo's Retreat

Rondo's Retreat (P223829) is located in the heart of Cowaramup. With 2x queen-sized rooms, it accommodates up to 4 people and 2 dogs. Cooking facilities, a BBQ, washing machine, free wi-fi, and a smart TV with Netflix are provided. In short walking distance, you will find popular attractions such as the Servo Taphouse, the West Winds Distillery and the Candy Cow. You will also be within driving distance of the excellent and world-renowned wineries and breweries of the Margaret River wine region.

The Little House - Nature Lovers Paradise in Town

Little House The Little House is a comfortable cottage within easy walking distance of the main cafe strip. Everything needed is provided including milk, coffee and tea. There is a little kitchen with a small fridge, microwave, electric frypan, slow cooker, toaster, electric jug and sandwich maker and there is a gas barbecue and 2 burner electric hotplate on the covered verandah. All linen and towels are provided. Adequate parking is available beside the cottage. A pet is welcome by negotiation.

The Terrace House - in the heart of Margaret River

The Terrace House is close to restaurants & dining - only a few minutes from the vibrant main street of Margaret River. Walk in the opposite direction and in less than 200 metres you'll be deep into the forest and river trail network. You’ll love my place because of the location in the heart of Margaret River. My place is good for couples, small groups and well behaved furry friends (dogs only). It's ideal for the independent traveler who wants a home away from home. We offer FREE Wi-Fi.

Offshore Ridge

Offshore Ridge is a modern studio situated in the real heart of Margaret River. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The studio on top of the ridge, overlooks a valley that has a creek running through, and is home to many kangaroos. The space is private with a bedroom, en-suite and indoor and outdoor living areas.

Banksia Luxury Villa

This passive solar Villa is situated at Kilcarnup Beach which is moments from the town centre and Surfers Point. The two large bedrooms have King sized beds which look out onto their own private tropical gardens. There is also Weber BBQ facilities. Keep warm or cool with a split heating/cooling system. The large modern kitchenette comes with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and chocolate. While the luxurious bathroom also has a tropical garden outlook.
