The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Easy and safe to walk to the beach with access to footpaths and nature walks out the front of the house .

Rondo's Retreat

Rondo's Retreat (P223829) is located in the heart of Cowaramup. With 2x queen-sized rooms, it accommodates up to 4 people and 2 dogs. Cooking facilities, a BBQ, washing machine, free wi-fi, and a smart TV with Netflix are provided. In short walking distance, you will find popular attractions such as the Servo Taphouse, the West Winds Distillery and the Candy Cow. You will also be within driving distance of the excellent and world-renowned wineries and breweries of the Margaret River wine region.

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Forest Retreat In Town

A cosy, self-contained & private space with beautiful views of the surrounding trees. Ideally located in the centre of town with the beautiful forest, river & weir just over the road. The guest suite is adjoined to the back of our home & is located at the rear of the property. Forest Retreat can accommodate two adults & is also pet friendly. Walking and cycling trails through the forest surrounding the Margaret River are at your doorstep, and the main street is only a short stroll away.
