We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable apartment. The bed is one of the best we've slept in. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very close to beautiful walks and amenities. Only slight negative was the noise early in the morning when staff are preparing breakfast for the BandB guests in the main residence but we were not put off by this. We will definitely be returning.

We arrived at a lovely apartment which was well maintained and comfortable and catered to all our needs. It was easily accessible as well as a nearby parking space available. A lovely touch having a Christmas tree and a few Christmas decorations to make us feel welcome. Fiona is an excellent host and informative and very helpful. We would most certainly recommend this property for anyone looking for a seaside vacation and also the Thatched Inn nearby for a welcoming pint and a lovely meal.

This was our third stay at Wave Cott, and each time has been perfect. We love Croyde, and Cat's place is a big part of that for us. Peaceful, private, clean and we always feel at home. The apartment is lovely, and the location is great. We'll be back again for sure!

I had a peaceful week here with everything I needed at hand. Parking was really convenient too.

Truly stunning apartment and perfect for my stay - loved the style and space much. Oh and a jacuzzi bath tub was a lovely surprize. Only thing I'd say is there's no number on the door so we had to kind of guess which door it was - I may have missed some instructions though

Stephen’s place is a self contained studio, consisting of a double bedroom with a large tv, bathroom/toilet, kitchen with all amenities and another tv. There is a small seating area outside. The place was very clean when we arrived. There are two electric heaters, keeping the place warm. Stephen left for us a bottle of wine and two bottles of water in a fridge. For breakfast we had a selection of four small boxes of cereals and a bottle of milk.

Well located for centre of town and also the hospitals. A really lovely comfortable well equipped and stylish apartment. Anna Lisa was very responsive to any queries responding straight away which was great .

I am very happy to have spent more than two weeks in Oliver's house, and I am very grateful for Tommy's help during this time. The stay experience was great. The house is close to the city center, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the bus stop is also very close. The house is well-equipped and quiet at night. The bed is very comfortable, and I like to sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery. Everything has been going very smoothly during this period, and Oliver is always able to respond to all questions in a timely manner. For example, when I checked in and found that the washing machine was not working, he quickly came to check and replaced it with a new one. Thanks so much.

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the city centre. It has been a great place to stay whilst working in Exeter and would make a nice base for anyone needing a base for a holiday in the area. Lacey has been very kind and supportive making the stay pleasurable, rather than just a base for work.

We had a lovely stay at High Tide for a mini break with our toddler and dog. The flat was exactly as described and we felt at home right away. The flat is modern, secure and clean with a spacious car park. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch with coffee pods, milk and fresh cloths. The local recommendations from Catherine were fab and we would definitely return in the future. The location is perfect - close to beautiful walks along the coast and Mortehoe.

We absolutely loved this place. It is a beautifully appointed conversion of a basement space in an elegant house. The finish is exceptional, with soft fluffy towels and luxury bedlinen. The kitchen has everything you can need and we were treated to some scones with jam and clotted cream on arrival. The location is quiet with an easy walk to a country pub nearby. We will definitely aim to stay here again on our next visit

We had a lovely stay at the apartment at cornish coasts. The space was great for us as a family of four, 2 adults, 2 kids. It was very convenient having the farm shop and cafe below where we had a great fry up! The apartment was well equipped including the fabulous air con for when it was hot. The location was great for discovering Bude and local area. We had a lovely time at Widemouth Bay and Crakington Haven. Karen had provided some great tips and recommendations for things to see and do and places to eat. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had one night stay at this place. It's a very beautiful location with a very kind and helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The host was very responsive and took care of our requests. Thank you for the hot tub, it was so relaxing after the very long drive.

We had a great stay here. A lovely place and peaceful setting. There were clear instructions for everything making our stay stress free. Great location for visiting Dartmoor national park. We also visited Blackpool sands beach which was amazing. The 1.30hr drive was worth it for us although there are closer beaches. Nice sitting at the meadow and having our morning coffee with the chickens who paid us a visit. Thank you Ilona for a great couple of days away

We had a fantastic time. The accommodation was clean and tidy, the views were delightful. the children enjoyed playing in the games room, meeting the animals and relaxing in the hot tub. The hosts were kind, friendly and engaging and made our stay a delight.

Gorgeous apartment in perfect location for the beach and 10 mins to the village with some lovely pubs. Hot tub was blissful. Tess was a great host. Friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend.
