Sleeping up to 8, this 3 bedroom cottage boasts a small 2 storey outhouse complete with additional kingsize loft bedroom and games room, including ping pong and darts. A few moments walk from Braunton village centre, it's an ideal holiday location.

This is a perfect escape for families, couples and friends. The cottage comes with a free car pass for Putsborough Sands.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

There is a large family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a chair bed with adjacent bathroom. Downstairs there is underfloor heating in the well equipped open plan living room and kitchen. The accommodation is dog friendly with a dedicated field nearby for dog walking & exercising.
