Sandringham is also nearby. Fakenham is a mile for shops and the acclaimed Sculthorpe Mill a short walk away.

Grade II listed Country Cottage

Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. It has four bedrooms - two with en-suite showers - and a family bathroom on the first floor for parents and young adults, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic for up to four younger children.

The Coach House is a lovely, self-contained cottage located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a very short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, The Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

So called Jimmy’s Shed because of the faithful old stallion that lived here but this is so much more than a shed....this lovely little historical barn is totally secluded and private and has been painstakingly and lovingly restored making the most of all the original features, the fantastic views and the total peace and tranquility. East Wing is a lovely coastal cottage nestled in the popular village of Thornham with one or two views over Thornham's salt marshes & out to sea. There is accommodation for up to eight guests with one family bathroom upstairs & a ground floor shower room. The garden is enclosed making it ideal for families & dogs. There is space for parking 4 cars. The sitting room has a lovely wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.

Burnham Overy Staithe is a little coastal village with one Pub and a bus stop - both opposite the house. Just two minutes walk to the creek. Sea view from the top floor. Inviting for long walks and wood burners waiting for you in the house. Originally, restored as our family home. All our books are in the house from travels and time, living abroad - toys from our little children in a beautiful hand painted toy box.

Built in 2018, a modern, detached bungalow with open plan living and kitchen area, wet room, double bedroom, single bedroom and outside courtyard. Ideal for couples, friends and small families. Situated centrally in the village of Grimston within walking distance from a local shop and 2 local pubs. Close to the Royal Sandringham Estate and only 15 minutes drive to the stunning North Norfolk Coastline.
