The South Hill Villa opens up to a generously appointed communal open plan living/ dining area with comfortable lounge seating & DSTV, fully equipped kitchen and indoor fireplace for the chillier months. The Villa consists of 6king size bed en-suite rooms sleeping a total of 12 adults (and 4 additional children beds if required at additional cost). The Lindeman room is named after one of Lady Kenmare's husbands from the famous Australian Lindeman fame. The room is tastefully decorated and you will be spoiled with the best quality Egyptian cotton bed linen. The second bed is a double and situated on a mezzanine floor. It is only for the use of children age 6 to 16 yrs old.

Classic Family Rooms

The Classic Family Rooms are spacious, stylish and exceptionally comfortable. The rooms and en suite bathrooms have all been renovated (completed September 2019). We have two Family Rooms, Room 1 (ground floor) can accommodate an extra single bed and Room 17 (first floor) has a sofa bed. Unfortunately we cannot accomodate children younger than 6 years of age.

This room is on the first-floor with large windows to the garden. The room has a queen-size sleigh bed, a seating area, and an en-suite bathroom with a luxury shower and bidet. It has a desk and chair, separate to the room.

Acorn Manor Suite is our most spacious, downstairs unit, with complete privacy. Double bed, bunk bed (optional), air-con, en-suite with shower and bath, tea and coffee tray, bar fridge, hairdryer, Wi-Fi. No TV in rooms.
