Little Red Studio - 5mins walk to waterfront&cafes

This light filled studio is tucked away in a private area of our property and is the perfect restful escape for just yourself, couples, or small families. The studio has a Scandinavian summer house style featuring red weatherboard with white trimmings and a pergola. It is 5 minutes walk to the Sandgate waterfront, good cafes, and local bars. Little Red and our home have recently seen some changes. For Little Red, guests will now benefit from a private yard, and a new outdoor covered patio area.

Wonderful view of the Bay from your private balcony - everything you need for a relaxing stay - fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, separate laundry, 2 bedrooms, study nook, air conditioned, 1 bathroom with lux bath. Large flat screen TV with Netflix, Foxtel, Britbox, Disney, Sports and an extra TV in bedroom. Across the road from the beach. Unit is on the first floor, 2 flights of steps with 8 steps in each flight. Garage is very skinny! Large 4-wheel drive vehicle won't fit I'm sorry!

“Robyn’s Nest” 100m walk to waterfront

Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

Suttons Beach Stayover - Studio - Redcliffe

This cosy and relaxing studio is directly opposite Sutton’s Beach, perfect for a brief coastal getaway. The studio is on the ground floor of the 1960’s beach house and has had a make over to suit anyone’s coastal brief. The studio has a separate entrance although does share access to the property with the guesthouse at the rear of the property. On street parking is the only option for parking - however it is free. There is a sun lounge to and an alfresco dining area. Strictly Non smoking

'Shells on the Bay'........Right on the foreshore!

This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.

Rivervilla is a self contained 2 bedroom unit attached to the main dwelling you are autonomous. It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee to the pontoon. You are required by QLD law, to provide unobstructed photos of your drivers licence front and rear to clearly identify your name an address.

The Pool House is a modern, stylish and luxurious space and has the private use of the sparkling swimming pool. Its a great place to relax, go out and eat, order in or BBQ. If you wish, use the space for a pilates / yoga workout or sit back and catch up on your favourite movies and shows or just float in the pool. It is a 3 minutes to from Scarborough's village and beach, with restaurants, cafes, bars, parks, walking and cycling tracks. Escape from the everyday and treat yourself.
