Upstairs there is a double bedroom with views across Dartmoor and an en-suite bathroom/wet room.

An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

Remote and secluded, it provides an ideal base for walking and wild swimming at Tavy Cleave. The traditional cobbled yard has parking for your car. Tavistock has the markets and lovely cafes and restaurants. The Forge has a log burner to snuggle up next too on those chilly evenings and a garden to enjoy.

Ideally situated for Dartmoor National Park, Lydford Gorge, Roadford Lake and the ancient stannary town of Tavistock. The North Cornwall coast is less than an hours drive away. Home reared Red Devon Beef and fresh farm eggs. Subject to availability.

This is a perfect base to explore the South West and Dartmoor. There is a clawfoot bath with a separate wet room shower (not visible in photos). Please note, there are no laundry fascilities.
