Surrounded by nature, HOUSE POADA is located in a panoramic position at about 400 metres above sea level, in the territory of Mandello del Lario, a charming town on Lake Como, on the bank of the Lecco branch. It offers stunning views of our beautiful lake and loved “Grigne”. It provides a peaceful heaven for those who love nature and tranquillity: you can choose between a wide selection of experiences for relaxation, sport, culture, food and adventure in a unique scenario. The house is located directly on the "Sentiero del Viandante" (Path of the Wanderer), an ancient passageway that used to connect Milan to Switzerland. Nowadays, the trail climbs from Abbadia Lariana , to then enter to the foot of the Valtellina. It has a total length of about 45 km and therefore it has to be organized in stages; depending on the level of training, the course is divided up into 3 or 4 stages. Due to the frequent intersections with the railway line Lecco-Colico, you can complete one stage at time, returning by train to the starting point. The modest height and the excellent exposure of the path make the route crossable in every season. Moreover, you can find many other hiking trails all over the place. The residence is easily accessible by car, going through 500 meters of private road surrounded by greenery, starting from Somana, a picturesque hamlet of Mandello del Lario. Here you will find a welcoming home, hospitality, love for nature, history and traditions of our land, the passion for sports and mountains, as well as the desire to socialize with new people. The farm, recently renovated, is mainly dedicated to the production of oil, thanks to the hundreds of olive trees planted here. They are ideally located on the slopes of the hills: the climate and the favourable nature of the soil allow us to produce high-quality oil appreciated in Italy and abroad. The Farm La Fontana is immersed in nature and surrounded by the impressive panorama of the Prealpi Orobiche. It is located in Val Brembana, to Zogno, and more precisely in the hamlet of Miragolo San Salvatore, a small mountain village at an altitude of 938 meters above sea level and at a distance of 30 km from Bergamo. The farm, run by Ornella and her family, is in the form "Bed & Breakfast" consists of 4 apartments and is able to offer hospitality and accommodation for up to 12 people, who want to spend their holidays in an'experience of rest, surrounded by greenery, in the peace and tranquility of a family environment. The apartment Tulipano can accommodate up to 3 people and has an area of ​​about 50 square meters. Miniappartamento con camera, bagno, living e angolo cucina, con fantastica vista panoramica, immersa nella campagna ma a pochi minuti dal centro città. Ideale per amanti della natura, famiglie, sportivi. Da tenere in considerazione che, per raggiungere la cascina e godere della vista e della tranquillità della campagna, è necessario affrontare una strada sterrata e a tratti stretta. L'orto

L' appartamento è inserito in una casa tipica di pescatori completamente ristrutturata che si affaccia direttamente sul lago di Como accanto ad una delle spiagge più rinomate, riva Bianca. Dalla casa si gode di uno splendido panorama. La casa non dà direttamente sulla strada così da non disturbare la quiete e il relax. Davanti ci sono un giardino con orto, un bel prato e l'accesso diretto alla passeggiata sul lago. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

Rustico immerso nel verde,vicino al fiume e alle sue spiagge, roccia per l'arrampicata a 30m, klettern, a 200m Bus per Locarno e Ascona (5km) 10 min A PIEDI dalla strada su sentiero. Minimo un adulto di 27 anni. Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza.
