We had an amazing stay at the property. The hot tub was fab and all the furnishings and amenities were beautiful and spotless. Lovely outside deck with seating and a view of the pond. It felt very luxurious and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Shame it was only for one night! There is a Tesco superstore 5 min drive away to pick up anything you need. We will hopefully be back again to stay another time!

We had a wondeful weekend in Edinburgh and the apartment did not disappoint. The location is ideal, close enough to the main sites, but still private and quiet. Paul left some essentials in the apartment, which was much appreciated. The apartment felt bigger than on the pictures and had great touches, from original features to modernised fixtures.

My best friend and I rented the place to celebrate our birthday with some beautiful countryside and a hot tub, it really exceeded our expectations. We had issues turning the hot tub on and off again but in terms of using it was perfect. All the amenities were in great working order and beds were very comfortable. Would recommend for families as well with the massive garden and barbecue:)

This was an amazing place for us to stay as an extended family. There were nine of us, plus two dogs, and we rented the Doocot and the Lodge in the grounds. It is located right up in the hills and was blissfully remote yet easily accessible to the A90 to Perth and Dundee. The house itself was very comfortable and exactly as described. The sitting room was amazing with its enormously high ceilings, plenty of squishy sofas and a piano. There was also a Smart TV. For us, the best feature was the enormous dining table which easily seated us all and could have taken several other people too. We had lovely meals together all round the table. It was really memorable. The bathrooms were clean and new. The roll top bath was lovely and super to soak in. Check in, host communications etc were all super easy and they even helped us to have a hot tub ready for our arrival from Fife Hot Tub Hire. All in all, would highly recommend to people looking for a comfortable break away in the hills.

It was an absolutely lovely place, super clean and modern! It's at a great location, close to the cathedral and at a quick walking distance from the train station. It was somewhat cold when we visited Dunblane, but it this place was very warm and cozy. I can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dunblane! And what beautiful place Dunblane is! Thank you Jo!

Really enjoyed our stay! we were welcomed and shown around, giving us everything we needed. Really nice area and place to stay. Will be staying again!

No better location! Walking up to the apartment you’re greeted with a gorgeous view of the castle, so many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance - it was the perfect home base. The size of the space and amenities were ideal to enjoy the weekend with my friend. Gavin was also super responsive friendly and to all messages.

The apartment was located in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of nice place nearby. It was very easy to find and enter. It was clean and cozy. The bathroom was very clean even though a bit small. Overall we had a very nice stay and enjoyed Edinburgh!

What an amazing place this is, we loved our stay here! Mark and James were great hosts. It was lovely to met James also, he checked if we needed anything else. One thing which really stood out is we literally had everything we needed here, they have thought of everything and anything you may require, down to the smallest things and the complimentary snacks and refreshments being such a lovely touch too. We genuinely couldn’t recommend this place anymore, we spent the evening enjoying the hot tub ,bbq and games which was lovely with the hot weather we had. We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area, the area is ideal with supermarkets super close. We cannot Thank you both enough
