There's lots to do! We are five minutes from the beautiful town of Poulsbo, 20 minutes from Bainbridge Island and the ferry to Seattle, and just 1 1/2 hour to the heart of the Olympic National Park. We are 45 minutes from Pt. Townsend. We are also close by to lovely trails and beaches on the Kitsap Peninsula.

Relax with the expansive view of the Olympic Mountain peaks across the Hood Canal from the entire glassed in house-front. Sit down by the fire pit to view sunsets, eagles, herons, seals, otters and occasional porpoise or orca passing. Your comfort is our goal with our mid century mod home. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Enjoy the beachfront park nearby. We are only 10 minutes from Poulsbo, Port Gamble, and the Hood Canal bridge.

Escape & Relax; bring your kayak or a good book

Just west of the Hood Canal Floating Bridge, on the edge of Port Ludlow. Summer days we often have deer in the yard, and eagles soaring above watching the shoreline for fish. Our yard has fruit trees, a barbecue, fire pit, and views of the mountains and water There is a trail through the woods to the nearby shoreline. Explore the Northeast corner of the Olympic peninsula on day trips in every direction, plus ferryboat trips nearby. It's a spacious private apartment in a beautiful place.

Enjoy a separate entrance to your private studio through the shared garage. You'll stay in a great location, situated between the old historic mill town of Pt. Gamble and the City of Poulsbo, known as "Little Norway." Both towns are on Puget Sound with cute shops. Many people also come to enjoy the Mts. Mature cedar, fir, spruce, and big leaf maple trees abound, a year-round creek runs through the property, and a wonderful beach awaits you with habitat that boasts nesting eagles, osprey, otters, raccoons, opossums, and a myriad of waterfowl, songbirds, and hummingbirds. Two single kayaks are available for your enjoyment! Enjoy oysters?...gather them right off the beach!
