Overall very good and a much better location than most others. The place is a quite small but you are absolutely paying for the location which is walkable to the CN Tower and close to at least 2 streetcar stations. Overall, had all the amenities listed and a very communicative host.

We lived here for 20 days, the landlord respond speed is very quick, nobody bother us, provide everything we need, the kitchen appliances is very complete, 👍👍👍 the house is very convenient to each region if you are also in a business trip, Newmarket, King city, Markham, Vaughan is close to Richmood hill within half an hour driving distance, Brampton, Toronto downtown, Mississauga , Milton, Hamilton within 1 hour, Niagara Falls 2 hours, The nearby ESSO within 300 meters, You can find some restaurants within 20 minutes driving distance, few restaurants within 5-10 minutes, Everything is good, hope the landlord business better and better! Take care !

The unit was as described in the ad. Very clean and well maintained. The host followed up to ensure we were checked in ok and she always responded in a timely manner. .

I had a great stay at this downtown Toronto apartment. Aliyah was a great host—she provided very clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and the entire stay smooth. The location is fantastic—walking distance to my meetings, with plenty of restaurant options and a cozy coffee shop nearby. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Toronto and want to stay in a convenient, central location with a reliable host!

Ravya’s place is just wonderful—spotless, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The kitchen had everything you need and was clean and organized. The neighborhood is central and fun, with lots of great food options, and just a few minutes from the subway station. Our family had a great stay—we highly recommend!

Jia is very friendly, responsive and provided us with everything we needed. The house location is great, only takes 5 to 10 minutes to decent restaurants. We would definitely rent her house again with my annual family reunions. Thank you Jia for a great host.
