A beautifully presented flat, with some high spec features especially appreciated the water/ice machine over the weekend with the warm weather. Felt more like a home!

Lovely little flat with large bay window bathing the room in sunlight. Quiet bedroom, water hot, felt a real home from home! Would recommend, and Doug was super friendly, helpful and responsive too.

Poppies studio is exactly as described and photos are spot on, perfect size for a couple. Very spacious studio that is bright and airy, Poppie has created a cosy warm welcoming place to stay, eclectic furniture and decor, original artwork is beautiful. The bathroom was spacious for a studio, and again beautifully decorated, shower cubicle is small but is made up by the amazing shower, excellent water pressure and very hot water. I loved the vintage mirrors on the wall and the original painting (wish I could have taken it home to remember our stay) considering the location the studio is extremely quiet and couldn't hear any traffic or seagulls. I'd honestly say it was the perfect base, we stayed 3 nights for my birthday. The beach is directly opposite with a restaurant 5 minutes walk, or further down 12 minutes walk another good bar restaurant, the main shopping centre is a short walk away making Poppies the ideal location. We didn't miss not having a tv as took a laptop to watch dvds.

Lovely apartment by Worthing seafront, with all the comforts needed for a short stay. Super clean , all very new. The hosts were quick in communications and instructions to access very clear. We would have loved a little “welcome breakfast” kit , as we arrived late evening with a kid , and we did not have time for food shopping. Overall, very nice place to stay!

Lee & Sue's place was very modern, clean, great location and the host was very friendly and literally saved us by letting us checking early as we had to leave our previous aisbnb and couldn't pick my car from locked car park so had to be on the street with little baby and lots of luggage. Highly recommended!

The second time that we have been back, and hopefully not the last. An amazing property and location, which makes a stay in Brighton feel really special. Sam and Emma are super responsive and helpful, which makes it even more wonderful and no stress at all.

An excellent find. Beautiful house that exactly matches the description. Shellie was great at communicating and answering any questions. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Easy access to Brighton and surrounding areas giving lots of options for things to do. Wish we’d stayed longer.

Lorna's place was ideal for our stay in the area. We were very comfortable and had plenty of space for 4 of us. We really appreciated the little touches, like chocolates on arrival and milk in the fridge!

Such a beautiful place, our family loved the tree house, the lake and the boats. The wildlife were amazingly tame. Katherine and Alex were great friendly and communicative hosts. Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying at this house. The house really is so well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden was perfect to enjoy the lovely weather. The location is wonderful, close to many great restaurants and facilities. I’m sure we will be back when we are next in the area. Karen was a great host.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Vicky's house. Very comfortable and clean, no surprises, and looks like the photos. Shoreham Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the front of the house overlooking the river is very relaxing. Last of all Vicky was very easy to deal with and responded quickly. Would recommend.

To be honest the pictures don't do this place justice. If you think it looks amazing in the pictures you'll even more surprised when you see it in person. Beautiful property, amazing location. The walk around the river is lovely. Didn't make it to the lake. There's a little hight street with a few food places and its about a 25 min drive into Brighton. Each floor has a balcony looking over the river. Beds are very comfortable. The place is very well looked after with no expense spared. The second lounge has a big TV with a good surround system so if you want to watch a movie or sports it's perfect. Came down with a few friends for one night to get away for the weekend. We booked the night before but Amy and Tom were very responsive, helpful and friendly and the whole thing was very easy to organise. Amazing hosts. Perfect getaway spot. Will definitely be looking to visit again.

The accommodation was fantastic and very comfortable. The big supermarket was very close, and we had a lot of cafes etc close by. It was worth the stay. Also, there are plenty of buses that take to the city centre from where one can take a short walk to the beach. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Great place to stay and an easy walk to beautiful hove and the lanes. The place had everything you need and Theresa was very responsive. Would absolutely stay again! Thanks Theresa!

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Kate's place is wonderful and was a delight to stay in. You can tell Kate has a good eye for design and the apartment has been decorated with love and attention. We had a fabulous weekend and I can thoroughly recommend Kate as the perfect host! ❤️

Lovely comfortable flat and easy to find. The free parking was incredibly helpful too! The bed was very comfortable and everything was included that you could need. The pigeons were quite loud at around 4am but we just stuck some white noise on and went back to sleep ,Also...I really quite like pigeons so it wasn't a huge problem. :) Will was very helpful and communicative throughout - thank you! x

Spacious and bright place in a nice location. not too far from the beach but a quieter area. convenient. it was a good base.

The accommodation was ideally situation. James was very responsive with an issue we had and it was fixed the same day. In regards to the kitchen etc - all was well equipped & all rooms were very clean. The house was a little smaller than expected and the cafe downstairs advertised on the website was in-fact closed down so this should be removed perhaps However excellent weekend away
