Radiant Townhouse Flat near Seven Dials

The property is a large lower ground floor flat that consists of two beautiful bedrooms and two stunning ensuite bathrooms. It has a warm and welcoming open plan living space and kitchen. The main double bedroom is very large with a comfortable seating area, a TV and a writing desk. It has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The room also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. The second ensuite bedroom is smaller but has a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds on request. The room has a TV and built-in storage. The open plan kitchen and living area is a great place to eat and be social. It contains a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has an integrated fridge, dishwasher and cooker. There's a separate utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The flat has 3 smart TVs and a Sonos speaker in the living area. We hope you find everything you need to have an enjoyable stay but we are close by so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems. Please note that this is a quiet residential area. The flat is in an old Victorian building and we are very mindful and respectful to our neighbours. The flat is in the bustling Seven Dials area with family-friendly parks, cafes, boutique shopping, and charming pubs nearby. The lively waterfront of Brighton, the beach, the boardwalk, and an array of restaurants and shops are just steps away. Most parts of the city are easily readable by foot from the flat. If you're driving, there is on-street paid parking nearby. Alternatively, there's loads of great transport options nearby to get around and see the city including city bikes and buses. A minute's stroll from the iconic Pavilion, the beach and the famous pier. The flat is also located directly opposite the legendary Quadrophenia Alley (if you know, you know). Please note, I share my home with two cats and a dog - we will vacate the property with all pets during your stay, however this may mean my home is not suitable for people with pet allergies.

My light, and beautiful home overlooks The Paddock so is wonderful for visiting Lewes with its central location. Situated just below Lewes Castle, 5 mins walk from the station, 300 metres from cafes, shops and the famous Lewes arms. Perfect! The Pells outdoor Lido is 500 metres away as is the wonderful Ouse river for walks or even Kayaking! Available for long term lets.
