Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

The Snug is our bright and comfortable studio apartment situated above our garage in the beautiful village of Brigstock. The studio is separate from our property, you will have a key and can come and go as you please. The Snug is set in a cul-de-sac and is in a quiet location with privacy and parking. The property has a well equipped modern kitchen and bathroom and a comfortable King sized bed. Sheets and towels are provided along with tea and coffee making facilities, TV & Wi-Fi.

Fermyn Woods Country Park is a short walk away, rich in flowers birds and butterflies including Hawfinches and Purple Emperor Butterflies. The area has many gastro pubs, gardens and various markets to explore. We are happy to make recommendations to suit you as well as our favourite!

A peaceful guest house in a rural location.

Located in the beautiful village of Sudborough, 20 mins from the towns of Kettering, Corby and Oundle. One king- sized bedroom upstairs with a small kitchenette with induction hob and combi microwave in an open-plan living space downstairs. We are pet friendly with small, private enclosed garden and terrace for the property . Dominic and Emily live on-site, across the courtyard garden at the front of the property, however The Hayloft feels perfectly private.

Our bright and airy studio apartment has been described as 'a peace of heaven' by our guests. Its well fitted kitchen, great rain shower and exceptionally comfortable bed makes your stay wonderful. If you want to stay in touch with the rest of the world then super fast broad band is installed in the apartment, if not then just chill and relax and enjoy the peace tranquility and beauty of Barnwell. An exceptional stay in a stunningly beautiful village!

Wheelwright's Cottage

The cottage is a self contained unit with it's own garden. On street parking is available and the local pub is two doors away. It is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside and the local historic towns of Oundle and Stamford.
