good location, easy to reach and clean environment

This is our second stay at this Airbnb, and the house is just as clean, tidy, and comfortable as before. I would like to express my appreciation to the host for kindly arranging a steamer upon my request and offering us the option to check in early. If the host could look into the water pressure issue in the upstairs bathroom, it would be an added benefit for future guests.

1. The House The house exceeded my expectations—it's spacious, impeccably clean, and absolutely spotless. I was particularly impressed by the security measures in place. They were modern and sophisticated—unlike anything I've encountered in an Airbnb before. Usually, this level of security is reserved for private companies, not homestays. It’s truly top-notch. If I may suggest, adding a bit more awning at the front would be beneficial, as sometimes guests arrive with more than one car. 2. The Host Chin was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind-hearted. We requested a late checkout of 30-45 minutes due to someone feeling unwell, and he graciously allowed us a few extra hours to get everything sorted. Even after our stay, when we realized we had left some belongings behind, he promptly responded to our messages. Chin is truly an outstanding host. I will definitely be coming back here again!

A very tastefully renovated and furnished house at a quiet neighborhood very nearby to the Pasir Pinji Pokok Besar Food restaurant. Wifi is quick and the TV box has lots of movies to watch. Owner is proactive in providing check-in instructions. Brought along my cat and even she felt at home with the place. 😊

It would be great if a microwave oven can be provided for simple and quick heating up. Other than that the place is spacious and clean. May need to replace the sofa in the living room because can feel the springs poking when sit on.

The most beautiful memory! Family homestay with complete facilities. Clean and Muslim friendly. Can accommodate more than 20 people - complete with large beds, pillows, enough towels and a bathroom for the whole family! worth the price and strategic location near amenities. thank you Aunty Yap AVON - for willing to let us enjoy fresh vegetables and local fruits in the backyard. The best. we will definitely come again!

Comfortable homestay ,easy to find and looking forward to another stay next time.

I had a pleasant stay with my furkids. The house was clean and spacious enough for a small group. There are mini marts, restaurant, coin laundry located nearby. Check-in/out process was seamless as the host, had provided clear instructions. Abbey was very helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend to those looking for a pet friendly Airbnb.

Amazing host with extremely responsive. Located 20 mins away from Ipoh City Centre but it was a great area to stay since we spend most of the time inside the house!

It’s a semi D lot with lots of plants in the compound to welcome you. The house and rooms are spacious each equipped with 2 queen size beds. The house is spotlessly clean especially the floor! Toilets are really clean too. Owners gave detailed instructions so we had no issues finding our way to the place. Overall we are very satisfied with the amenities provided!

J’avais réservé un autre Airbnb à Tanah Rata, mais il était immonde. J’ai contacté Sylvain à la dernière minute, et il a pu m’accueillir dans son logement, qui est impeccable : propre, spacieux, avec tout le nécessaire. Il vaut clairement le coup, et Sylvain est une personne très sympathique qui a littéralement sauvé mon séjour à Cameron Highlands. Et si jamais il vous propose une excursion, foncez ! Le guide Karl est génial : il vous fera découvrir des plats et des endroits que vous n’auriez probablement pas trouvés par vous-même. Franchement, ça vaut vraiment le détour.

Got a bit distance from tanah rata and Brinchang, around 20mins to 40mins drive. But closer to the farm, got gac farm, grape farm and sky farm. If like natural is a great place to stay, insects, bird singing, small fish pond outside, sometimes see goat, cow on the way in. Small issues during the stay but owner fast react and try to do the best to help. Place is clean, some flower deco in the house, feel welcoming and warm. Overall is a great stay

Die Cameron Highlands sind faszinierend! Unbedingt Sungai Palas BOH Tea Estate besuchen und zum Gunung Brinchang hinauf fahren. Der Tee wächst hier so gut, da es sehr feucht ist und häufig regnet. In der Unterkunft gibt es einen Luftentfeuchter, den man auch unbedingt benutzen sollte. Vom Wäschewaschen ist abzusehen, da es hier wirklich sehr feucht ist und sie kaum eine Chance hat zu trocknen.

House clean , many beds can fit many people, close to many shops . Very recommended and will repeat!

All Good! Big house with 3 bedrooms and spare mattresses. House was clean and equipped with all basic amenities. Walkable 300m distance to town with lots of eateries. Big Thank you to Shirley who was extremely friendly and responsive to all my queries. I would recommend this good stay to all.
