We absolutely loved this home! There were 9 adults who stayed in the home for three nights and there was plenty of space for all of us! We spent most of our time out and about however the evenings we spent in the living room playing games and listening to music. There was ample space for us all to hang out and relax! The hind itself is adorable, clean, and well maintained. We would absolutely stay in this home again in the future!

This was the perfect house for our girls weekend getaway! We had 10 guests and it comfortably slept everyone. The living room was spacious and allowed seating for all 10 of us. The decor was so cute and the house felt very clean. The beds were also comfortable! Perfect location in proximity to downtown Newport, at a more affordable price. 5-10 minute drive to almost anything we did! Highly recommend Angela’s place when visiting Newport!

This was the perfect place for three friends who write and workshop together online to gather in person. The main room of the house is filled with light and what I didn't realize from the listing is the beautiful view from the living/dining room down to the river. The kitchen is well supplied and every room was very clean and uncluttered. The three bedrooms on the first floor are all very nice, with good beds and pillows (one is slightly larger with a king-sized bed), so we were able to decide on our rooms painlessly and none of us had to settle for an inferior room. The large dining table was perfect for spreading out our work as well as for dining, and one of us enjoyed having the furnished basement as her private work space. When we had a problem with hearing a beeping noise, which we initially thought might be a smoke detector battery that needed replacing, Bob was very responsive and helpful in figuring out the cause of the beeping from a motion detector. We plan to come again.

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Cottage! The setting was lovely and the house was spotless, very well equipped, and super comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor areas were lovely and perfect for relaxing and hanging out. The hosts (Lauren & Mike) were responsive and thoughtful, and the welcome treats were such a nice touch! Great amenities all around—this was an ideal spot for a family and friends gathering. Highly recommend!

We had so much fun staying at Louise’s place. We had plenty of room to hang out together inside and outside, and we really annoyed being so close to the beach. I would absolutely recommend!

What a lovely place. Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed inside. Absolutely beautiful outside area. Quiet and secluded but also minutes away from stores and restaurants. Likely a little small for a family, but fine for my husband and I. We felt warmly welcomed and would certainly stay again.

Cute and cozy place at a perfect location. Was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Unfortunately it rained for our stay, but the balcony would have been a nice area to relax and have our morning coffee.

I can see why Marianne is a super host! Her place is exactly how she describes but cozier. She had everything we needed to feel right at home and even stocked the kitchen with some thoughtful items like milk, oj and cereal. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and even had an extra half bath which was very convenient. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and lots of space to unpack. We love the location because it was as easy to get to Newport as it was to Portsmouth. There's a well renowned French bakery about a quarter of a mile away and the local’s favorite coffee shop is less than half a mile away. The apartment felt very private but Marianne was always available if we had a question. Best of both worlds!

Very nice stay in a very cool town. We went to the whaling museum and it was awesome. The host recommended The Baker restaurant and it was so good we went twice. The host also made up the sofa bed for my mom which was very considerate. We are all excited to come back! Thanks again for everything!

Brennans place was excellent, truly I don’t think you can find a better location in the city. Super walkable, spectacular view from the roof and if you have a dog plenty of parks and green space around. Marco’s sandwich shop is right beside Brennans place and is a reallly good option for breakfast or lunch. Brennan was super friendly and a great host.

Perfect space for a family of 4 and friend attending the Newport marathon. Small kitchenette great for light meals plus 2 bathrooms were clean and met our needs. Great location for exploring the city and surrounding areas.

This is our second time staying in one of Jeff’s apartments in Newport. The larger apartment is great, clean, bright! So many great local Newport information in the binder provided. The house is very low maintenance- having coffee/creamers etc is always so helpful in a stay! Same with some bath items ready to go. Everything in the home is easy/accessible- tons of plugs for charging, each room equipped with a small sound machine, smart tvs, kitchen items, cozy blankets in the living room, etc. The location of the home cannot be beat. You are walking distance to everything!!! And, of course, PARKING!! Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Shannon’s place was perfect for a weekend trip to Newport. The place was spacious for 3 people, very clean, and had plenty of clean towels and linens. The roof deck was very nice with beautiful views. We loved that the location was a short walk to anywhere we’d want to go in town. The only downside was the noise from the bar next door, but Shannon tried to accommodate for this by providing noise machines.

I've been to Newport many times on day trips, but never for an overnight. My partner had never been to Rhode Island, so I thought it would be fun to stay in downtown Newport and explore while also visiting with family in Providence. Pelham Court could not be more convenient. Perfectly located across from the waterfront, the property is safe, secure and convenient. A big plus is off-street parking. Our one-bedroom unit was awesome. Spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. Although we were in the middle of everything, we had peace and quiet. The Pelham Court team were awesome: responsive, friendly, helpful and ready to offer local insights, including when we just wanted to stay in and order pizza. I would highly recommend this as your Newport getaway that's close to everything. Great accommodations, great location, and great professional support.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place had a lot of character and charm, not to mention very clean. Trip and Christina were thoughtful hosts who went above and beyond with special touches like extra toiletries. The location was perfect—close to downtown and within walking distance of some great breakfast spots, which was ideal for morning walks with our dog. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

Condo is beautiful as is The view and location. Jennifer was quick to respond and a great host. Neighborhood is filled with great restaurants. Definitely going to stay there again in the future...
