This house is located in a quiet residential area on a no through road. The house has a light airy feel with an open plan living area and a lovely new modern kitchen with breakfast bar which opens directly onto the garden. There is a local pub which serves food 50m away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Salisbury and there are some beautiful walks onto the downs and Clarendon estate via the footpath opposite. Stonehenge is about a 15 minute drive from the house or there is a bus from town.

The Studio at Parsonage Barn, Odstock is a recently converted barn, nestled in the heart of Wiltshire’s Chalke Valley, yet a stone’s throw away from the historic city of Salisbury. The Old Stables

The old Stables is half of a newly converted cottage finished to a high standard situated within a 14 ac plot. There are two double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower wet room. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven , hob and dishwasher and microwave. Outside there is a private garden area and plenty of parking.

With spectacular far reaching views Stride’s Barn is situated 9 miles from the Cathedral City of Salisbury and 15 miles from Southampton . An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . Can be rented with additional listing ‘The Cowshed’ (sleeps 2) .
