Wonderful location and comfortable, well designed home. A little village out on its own with so much character and some great walks which are medium hard but good distances either way - to the left in the next village the Cricket Inn is delicious food and friendly staff - to the right a lighthouse. The views and beach really make this place… as well as being a close drive to Salcombe and Dartmouth. The house being is well stocked, stylish and comfortable so makes for easy living. We were a family of 7 and a dog and would highly recommend it. We did a Sainsbury’s food delivery to the house twice to make getting groceries easy and that worked perfectly too.

This is a perfect cottage in a perfect spot. We have loved coming here again. Everything was great with the accomodation, well equiped, comfy beds, love the log burner, really appreciate the parking permit. Nothing negative to say, wish I lived here. Thanks for a great stay.

Matthew was a fantastic host, extremely prompt with his reply clear instructions and plenty of recommendations. the apartment was better than the pictures. beautifully decorated, with so much space. Location is in the heart of the town so perfect for a seaseaside break in a Teignmouth. We will definitely be booking again!

Jill's place is brilliant! I found it spacious and scrupulously clean with really imaginative great quality furnishings.and appliances. The kitchen is excellent and comes with an impressive supply of utensils, cookware etc. The showers are great and the bed comfortable.There's a lovely upstairs TV lounge with 2 balconies great for sitting out.The courtyard on the ground floor is really attractive and well stocked with BBQ equipment etc. I loved the abundance of greenery both inside and out. It's very easy to find (on the A379) and doesn't involve negotiating any tortuous narrow rroads, thank goodness. Great to have 2 parking spaces. Jill was very quick to respond to a question I had and was extremely helpful regarding arrival/departure times. as well as providing local recommendations. Having stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, I'd say this is the best I have been to so far Thank you so much, Jill. Hope to book again.

A lovely, comfortable place to stay, with everything you need and in a great location, close to the beach as well as the town centre, but quiet as well. And best of all, the flat has super views of the Estuary and the spectacular sunsets. Jennifer is a great host, helpful and friendly. We've had a very relaxing break, and definitely hope to be back. Highly recommend.

Spotlessly clean hideaway. So peaceful yet minutes walk from the centre of Dawlish. Completely safe walled garden for the dogs. Train station 5min away, great coastal scenery in all directions. Nice walk to Dawlish Warren and plenty of places to eat and drink. 3 generations and suited us all. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at Claire’s, it was our first time away with our dog and the flat was absolutely perfect for the two of us and our Labrador. We loved having our own separate garden area which had a gorgeous view, and the flat had everything we needed. Claire was the perfect host, she gave great recommendations and was kind enough to let us use the hose in her back garden after we had been paddle boarding nearby. It was a great location to explore Shaldon from as it was less than a 10 minute walk down to the beach front and high street, so we didn’t use the car at all while we were here and left it parked on the drive outside the flat all week. Would absolutely recommend staying here, thank you again Claire!

We had a lovely 2 night stay here! Came down on the train and it was only a few minutes from the station, near local shops and pubs and the beach. Was very clean and cozy :)

Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Had fantastic stay in Marks tiny home . It was immaculate inside with added touches of luxurious bedding and pillows. Set in peaceful park with beautiful surroundings. Short walk to coastal path with easy access to Berry Head and Brixham. Thanks Mark we couldn’t fault the attention that had gone into your home in making it a comfortable place to stay . We would definitely consider coming back 😊

The caravan was spotless and in a great location on the site, the view was outstanding. The beds were very comfortable infact I will miss that bed 😀. everything was great I would happily go back there. Hayley has made the caravan very homely..son enjoyed the collection of DVDs !

We had such a lovely time at Sunset View. After a little blip getting started (which was very quickly resolved), we quickly settled in and felt right at home in Emily's comfortable and well thought out caravan. Devon Cliffs is a huge site but the van is in a great position in a quiet cul de sac so you're not 'on top' of other people. Only a 5 minute walk to the leisure area and shop and we had a lovely sea view when the sun came out! We really loved it and will definitely be back.

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed with plenty of parking for all 3 of our cars. Goodrington was a lovely sun trap out of the wind, we loved Cantina! The beds were so comfy and every room so light & spacious.

The house was wonderful and we felt privileged to be able to spend a little time in the incredible location. Only a couple of teeny disappointments in elements that might have enhanced our experience further and that was the bed linen which was all feather, which is a slight issue to some of our family members, there were no spare loo rolls in the house! Which was inconvenient in the middle of the night and there was a coffee machine with no capsules and no other coffee making options. Bonnie did respond to this last issue immediately though and had a couple of cafetières delivered within minutes! Thank you for our lovely stay at Bantham house, we hope to be able to return one day.

The apartment was excellent with a wonderful view overlooking Teignmouth sea front. The bedrooms also had lovely views of the Teign Estuary. The apartment was spotless, and both bedrooms had comfortable beds. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The decor and space is fantastic. Fabulous hotel quality towels and lovely bedding. Well equipped kitchen. No welcome extras or local shop, so pick up milk on the way in. We had a Tesco delivery and saw a Morrisons van too. We didn’t use the courtyard, but as described, it is a useful storage space. Personally, I wouldn’t use it as it was down a grubby alley of bins and is dull. Probably better in warmer season though. Torcross is very quiet and tired out of season, but it was a good place from which to explore. We went up and over to the next cove. Sadly, it has had a lot of storm damage and is dangerous. South Devon is full of wonderful beaches though. Hope Cove is gorgeous! Note that there is a small car park immediately outside the front door - convenient for parking (we never had a problem finding a space), but lots of coming and going and care needed with dog/children.

Beautiful home and in the perfect location for exploring the local area and further afield

Lovely place, no issues. The only thing is the outdoor heated swimming pool is not open to apartment guests - we got confused as it was shown in the photos (only indoor pool and the tennis court for a small fee). The apartment and surrounding area was amazing- 5 stars all the way.

We had a great time in this lovely place. The location was great, it was very easy to walk everywhere. Very clean, comfortable and clear instructions. It has everything we needed. Thanks for the stay!
