The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Tranquil and private, a beautiful Macrocapa post and beam house overlooking the gorgeous Kerikeri Inlet. A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Enjoy a wine on the veranda and watch the boats go by or take a swim at Opito bay- just 5 minutes away. Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and some of the best fishing NZ has to offer!

Pams Place

A sunny 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the centre of town. Only 1 min drive and easy walk to the main shopping area of town. Two outside decked areas to enjoy coffee or a few drinks. Handy to all shops, restaurants and cafes, hospital, Police station and court house. Perfect place to stay for tourists or professional people. The house is fully furnished with air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms and ample parking.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

The Cowshed Cottage

Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac and taking up two thirds of a converted mid-century milking shed building the Cottage is cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. Located in Ahipara, a small coastal town 15mins drive from Kaitaia. You’ll find us in a quiet, safe residential subdivision a 5min walk to the local cafe, fish n chips & dairy! A short 2 minute drive or 15min walk to the beach!
