Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Serendipity

Serendipity is one of three hand crafted wooden Shepherds Cabins, located on a working farm in the heart of Dalby Forest. (Also please see Serenity and Dahlia Cabins on separate listings.) We're ideally situated just off the popular cycle routes and activity centres. The cozy en-suite cabin features a comfortable king size bed, mini fridge, heating, access to a gas BBQ and continental breakfast. This luxurious cabin offers wonderful panoramic views in a tranquil setting. The perfect escape!

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

Enjoy lazy mornings at Woodpeckers Cottage Silpho as you watch the sun rise over the sea from the sofa. Take your dog to the field (exclusively yours throughout your stay). Walk the footpaths through fields & forests to valleys with streams and hilltops with views. Drive to dog friendly beaches, picnic on the sand and breathe in the sea air. Return to the dog field for afternoon tea or a glass of wine, where a bench for two in a peaceful sun trap provides panoramic views of the setting sun.

This recently renovated annexe offers a relaxing base in a semi-rural location. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. With its intriguing glass topped well in the floor of the main living area. the Lodge offers a king size double bed (5ft width). Relax and unwind in the newly refurbished one bed Irishman's Cottage. The cottage retains many old features and is surrounded by the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. The living space is open plan with ample space for a couples retreat or family break away. In the summer months dine al fresco and enjoy a BBQ on the private patio besides the wood burning hot tub. A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!

Old Forge in Wrelton, North Yorkshire.

This cottage, in the village of Wrelton near Pickering, was a 19th century blacksmith's forge and has now been renovated into a delightful living space complete with fully-equipped kitchen, large living room area, bathroom with walk-in shower and a cosy bedroom located on a mezzanine floor which is reached via a spiral staircase. The Old Forge offers a great location for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Yorkshire.
