Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. The cottage is totally separate and brand new as of 2023, attached to our old farmhouse circa 1789 in the beautiful lakes region. It’s a perfect place for couples, small families or traveling nurses/doctors. We are 10 minutes from several beaches including lake winnipsaukee and close to the mountains. There are several hiking trails within minutes from our home.
