The room has a double bed and is on the third floor, cozy and quiet, among the tree tops. At night you have the stars, and by day the room is light and sunny. The room has old pine board flooring, a sky light with a room-darkening shade, mini-split, closet, dresser, large desk with office supplies, yoga mat, full length mirror, and a fan. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other third floor bedroom which is also rented through Airbnb. Off street parking is available for $10/night.

It is under the Boston landmark Citgo Sign, within 5 minute walking distance to Fenway Park, Kenmore Sq, Charles River and Boston University. The property has been lovingly maintained as a private residence for two generations. All original architectural details have been preserved with Victorian charm. Guest rooms are on the 3rd or 4th floor.

We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. My relaxing "home away" guest room accommodates 1-2 adults for 2 days. My house is sanitized and clean. I am fully vaccinated and boosted and ask guests to be vaccinated also. My home has AC, lovely gardens and is a quiet relaxing environment. The guest room has a luxurious pillow top queen bed that ensures a good night’s sleep! Note: I am allergic to smoke- so smoking on the premises is not allowed. No pets or kids under age 14. Masks can be worn in the house if needed.
