Walk to Newport Beach from a Warm Studio

Newport Beach on Sydney's Northern Beaches is fast becoming an exclusive holiday destination for Australian and International holiday-makers alike. Not only is it famous for its many popular surfing breaks including Newport Peak and reef, it is also ideal for swimming, being patrolled by lifeguards over the summer months from October through to April. The iconic Newport Hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the home and other quality eateries are even closer, located in Newport Village. The Village also offers a wide variety of shopping from large supermarkets to boutique stores. Palm Beach, or Summer Bay as it's known on "Home and Away", is 15 minutes further north by car. If night life or a faster pace is more your style then Manly is less than half an hour by car, travelling South. From here the Manly ferry can take you across Sydney Harbour to the CBD for a day of sightseeing. The beach is less than 5 minutes down one end of the road and should you chose to explore the other end of the road, you'll find the historic Bungan Castle, built in 1919. Majestically perched on the headland overlooking Bungan Beach, every stone of this castle was brought over by its German owner and it is now heritage listed. A magical summer awaits at Myola Beach Studio, we look forward to welcoming you. Guests will have private access to the studio on level ground, friendly for disabled or the elderly. Owners are onsite in the main residence if needed. The apartment is steps away from the shores of Newport Beach and a short drive from Bungan Beach. It’s positioned in what’s known as the Golden Triangle, where one can find an array of shopping and dining options.

Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Seatide Patonga Creek

This little 60's Bungalow may just be the best kept secret in Patonga. Slow down, step back, relax enjoy the view. Our little 3 bedroom house is the perfect place for a weekend, or a week to simply wind down. The house retains much of its 1960's charm but has had a renovation over the winter opening up the living/kitchen area, complete new kitchen, flooring throughout and a bathroom makeover. But looking out across the grassy reserve on the waters edge of Patonga creek is still the same!

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Palm studio is a newly built self contained space central to Whale Beach, Avalon Beach and a quiet Pittwater Beach reserve. All can be walked to in under 10/15mins or driven to in 3/5 mins. Perfect for a couple attending a wedding nearby or for a romantic beach stay. The studio is in located in a quiet sunny street with restaurants, cafes and gorgeous scenic walks nearby. Only one hour from the CBD yet it feels like another world. Watch the sun rise over the escarpment rising above the glorious Hawkesbury River and drift off to sleep to the rhythm of gently lapping waves. Come by ferry, water taxi ( not jet ski) by to our car-free island. Curl up with a book, bushwalk, birdwatch, throw in a line or stroll down to the cafe for coffee. Perfect for writers, artists, boaters, photographers and nature lovers. Recharge and make memories!

Patonga Creek Cabin.

Situated 40 metres from the creek in the beautiful fishing village of Patonga. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Boathouse Hotel with it's renowned restaurant, fish and chip shop is a 5 minute walk away. With many magnificent bush walks, fishing, swimming, kayaking, cycling or just relaxing by the creek and watching the tide come in and out there is something for everyone. Just an hour and a half by car from Sydney or 30 minutes by ferry from Palm Beach.
