The town of Little Catalina in itself is quite beautiful and offers beautiful ocean views. Little Catalina offers a playground for children and offers several hiking trails including Arch Rock hiking trail and Little Catalina - Maberly Trail.

The Sealoft ( one of the lowest booking prices in the area ) overlooks the stunning outport community of Champney's West. With all modern amenities( including modern plumbing with filtered drinking water from an artisian well) this unique traditional Newfoundland loft with modern touches is all about the location and view. In season you can see whales right from back deck, Minke and Humpbacks. When the Caplin are rolling you can see them all along the beach and the trails beaches. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.

This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The harbour is a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!
