The King bedroom has a new sleep number mattress. The queen bedroom comes with a memory foam topper. We also have a queen air mattress for 2 additional guests. Roxton Chaparral Trail is 126 yds from the house. Rock Falls Park is 1/4 of a mile N. It is a favorite place to take pictures. Roxton has bank , 24 hr ATM, PO, Cafe, City Drug Store and Chaparral museums , pay at pump gas station and library. A 15 mile drive to downtown Paris and 20 mile to major shopping area.

The unit features a queen bed, full kitchen, a kitchen table for two, and a glamorous tiled bathroom with a stand-up shower. Styled with Art Deco charm, it’s a cozy “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay. Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.

Within a few miles of the Bois D'Arc Lake and we have plenty of room to park your boat or trailer during your stay.
