Wonderful out-of-the-way country location. Beautiful, scenic property with well equipped accommodations in aged farmhouse. The house had plenty of space for 11 of us to spread out yet also be together in common areas. There is some minor maintenance to be done in the house, but nothing that hampers enjoyment of the overall property and lodging experience. We hope to plan another stay with Tonya during warmer seasons to experience this fun farm in all its splendor. Thanks, Tonya!

Great place conveniently located near Bloomington but far away enough to feel secluded.

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! Very clean, comfortable, cozy home. Love the big sectional in the living room. It was big enough for all four of us to lay around and watch TV together. The hot tub was perfect and relaxing! It’s a short drive into town to eat and we highly recommend the Monrovia Family Restaurant! Thanks for a great stay!

Jim and Myra were lovely hosts! Prior to our arrival, they contacted us to ensure that we had everything we needed and provided an open line of communication in case we had any questions or concerns. The house itself was quiet and cozy. It is a short drive from campus and a nice retreat away from the busy game day weekend on campus. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while visiting Bloomington.
