JM is a top-tier hostess! From the approach to the house with the roped off fencing, to the front patio with glider chairs, local plants, to the wonderful cottage look that is so enticing with accents of color on the shutters-you will be welcomed! The inside style with decor and furnishings that mix artistic, historic, local, new, maritime and accented with warm colors meant so much to us. A completely new kitchen with so many offerings in each drawer and cabinet. We cooked all of our meals and couldn’t even use all of the utensils etc. - cutting boards, knives, pots, pans, coffee makers, oils, spices, teas, coffees, placemats, cloth napkins with rings. Found rags in the linen closet for cleaning up, vacuum, other clean up options, plenty of towels, extra toiletries. We rode the bikes and grabbed chairs for our Hunting Park trip. (A $99 annual pass provided). Our bed and bedding were super comfortable. The fireplace and screened in porch-fantastic! Explored all over. Grateful to JM!!

Great spot with plenty of room. Great for getting to Parris Island, SC or downtown. Some food and coffee spots are within walking distance as well.

What a fantastic stay. This house is wonderful. Super clean. Everything feels brand new. And the backyard was perfect. We used the fire pit and made s’mores. Thanks for a great host thinking of everything. Loved the place and will book again when we’re in town to visit our Marine recruit.

Felt right at home with our pups. Was within walking distance to take them sight seeing. Ian was very responsive & helpful. Would def book again.

A most incredible place to stay, with the best view ever. The house was beyond comfortable and inviting, we didn’t want to leave!!

We had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Easy walk to the oak tree lined bluff toward downtown Beaufort to shop and dine. Explore the surrounding areas of Bluffton, Hilton Head, St Helena’s Island and the beaches. Make sure to walk the Point to look at all of the centuries old homes. The home is wonderfully decorated with everything you need to cook a meal. The beds are comfortable and little amenities like robes, coffee, snacks and games. Looking forward to coming again soon!

This rental was wonderful. The hosts were attentive and cheerful. It was easy to find, park, enter, etc. it is a great location for the whole Beaufort area and attractions. The inside was so clean I was able to walk barefoot (and I never do that at a rental!). Overall I would rate more than five stars if I could. Stay here when you can!

Our family stayed Tuesday through Saturday during our Marines graduation, the home felt like our home. I would highly recommend!
