Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

The most idyllic riverside escape! Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. Tides allowing, enjoy sailing, paddling, or swimming - within yards of your door. Or just soak up the view and read by the woodburner. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

Peaceful, rural, two bedroom converted barn

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.

Pineapple is a lovely period cottage, steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historical small town in Dartmoor National Park. Front door opens into hall. Comfortable sitting/dining room, two beautiful bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with roll-top bath, shower over. Several levels connected by small staircases. English country garden accessed via shared path. (see picture). Off-road parking in space suitable for small to medium sized vehicles.

A beautifully renovated 19th Century grade II listed cottage tucked away in Totnes. Totnes is a charming vibrant town filled with independent shops and restaurants, located in the heart of South Devon. A stones throw away from the River Dart located on a peaceful road, the cottage is an excellent base to explore the town, local coasts and the countryside, with lovely walks right on your door step.

My place is ideal for couples and singles who want to explore Dartmoor and enjoy peace and tranquility - dogs welcome by arrangement. This is a working farm with sheep, cattle, horses and free ranging chickens. Our dogs also enjoy free access over the property .
