Our second stay with Marzena was just as good as the first a year ago. A lovely spot with great walking nearby and a wonderful hosts.

Brilliant location, homely feel and a host that couldn’t have provided for us. From a complimentary breakfast selection of pasty’s, eggs and cereals to a written booklet of places to eat / drink / party in the evening only in a less then 10 minute taxi drive away. Beautiful surrounding scenery with friendly local pubs… Can’t recommend enough.

What a lovely stay we had at Shenley Lodge while attending 4 days of the British Grand Prix. I cant say enough about how helpful Katarina was from the moment we - sleepily - stepped out of the taxi after a redeye from Heathrow. We were fortunate to be able to check in early, and we immediately felt right at home. We were so lucky to experience Katarina’s thoughtful kindness - homemade soup, starting us out with bottles of water, and even fitting us in for extra services like a massage right on site. Oh, and i cant forget thr wonderful reataurant suggestions! The surroundings and neighborhood are absolutely gorgeous and quaint. You will want to go for a walk or catch a ride on a Lime scooter to explore - we had SO much fun ‘scooting’ around. We made breakfast each morning in the unit and picked up basics at the Tesco a couple blocks away. Very simple to walk. All in all I would love to stay again! Thank you Katarina for our lovely stay!

Beautiful spot to hide away for a few days. Wonderful walks on doorstep. Surrounded by wildlife it really is a magical location. The lambs are very cute and I enjoyed listening to the owls in the night and the watching the wildlife from the window.

This was our favourite airbnb experience in 10 years of using airbnb- a haven as we had moved out of our own house while building work was being done. Everything has been helped by this glorious weather and the surroundings are both peaceful but full of wildlife interest with walks (hilly!) up bluebell-fringed lanes. And if the weather turns cooler there are cosy wraps to snuggle under ! Henley is a short drive or walk away and there is always something to see along the river. Simon was the perfect host - attentive, chatty and relaxed but never over-the-top. The Annexe lay-out is well thought-through and well-equipped. For a driver, reversing-skills and manouvering are a plus since parking can be a bit tight but that is a minor issue.

Such an excellent place, so secluded yet so well connected! It was only 20mins drive from Oxford town centre, 15 mins from Bicester Village. It was so tranquil, so peaceful, I would book again in the summer when the weather is much warmer. Hot tub was nice and privately located whilst over looking the forestry area. Only small thing i would ask for is bigger pans for cooking as we spent most of our time in the bungalow with the family and enjoying the hot tub!

A great find, very well appointed and beautifully designed and furnished. Ideal for a few days away, not in the bustle of Windsor but close enough for a lovely walk there and back. Useful local information provided along with a surprise addition of cereals, biscuits and a pint of milk in the fridge for us. Thank you, highly recommended and will try and book again if I'm in the area!

Abigails studio had everything we needed for our walking weekend. It's a lovely little retreat in a beautiful setting. Very accessible by train was also a bonus. Our host was very accomodating and responsive. Could not fault.

Nikki’s place is so lovely! Spotlessly clean, very well kitted out for a small space, in a perfect location & Nikki is a super-friendly host. I had the loveliest stay, enjoyed their garden, being so close to the river & walking into Marlow for great shops & restaurants. Thank you Nikki for such a great few days ☀️

Fantastic stay. Cannot fault the accommodation or the hosts who were more than helpful and lovely! Beautifully clean and very pretty cottage and gardens. (Just a short distance from Addington Equestrian Centre for horsey events ). Will be back!

Lovely place, Louise communicated throughout the stay and it was the perfect home from home when running the London marathon!

The POD was amazing a home from home. Everything you want from your stay, clean, tidy and peaceful. It’s well equipped and has an amazing shower and bathroom plus the bed is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here for a short stay or long stay a perfect host and accommodation.

We had such a nice stay at Anita and James’ cottage as a family of 3 + dog. It is ideally located away from the main roads but within walking distance to many pubs and cafes, in a very peaceful and beautiful setting. The cottage had everything we needed for the weekend and it has a large decking area that we could sit out on and enjoy the sunny weather. Anita and James are great hosts, super friendly and they very helpfully offered local recommendations.

very nice room, Clean, neat and calm place. the owner is very Cooperative and responsive. I strongly recommend it for everyone.

Great storage space in the separate double bedroom. We needed the extra space. Kitchen stood out- had 2 fridges and a freezer, double oven dishwasher and well stocked. Plenty of space for 2 Sarah and Martin were very hospitable. Cuddington is a lovely village with a local pub, small shop and PO. There is a small village cinema showing carefully curated films. We loved the local circular walking routes.

Geraldine’s place was perfect. Lovely and cozy bed was super comfy and the village had everything you need. I was actually gutted that I arrived after eating as there seems to be a lot of choice for food with the three pubs in the village. Geraldine is very friendly and unapproachable, not that I needed it but I got the impression that nothing would be too much trouble. I would happily book to stay here again. I would recommend it.

Had a fantastic stay at Chloe’s apartment. It was exactly like the photos, and had nice welcoming touches with tea / coffee and some biscuits. Great value for money, and the area was really peaceful. The fact the driveway is gated, it felt really safe and I didn’t have to worry about my car. The bed is comfortable, yet firm, so if you have any back issues I found it was a really good night’s sleep and no back pain. The shower is really big too, with a choice of rainfall or normal shower head. In all honesty, it was a little further out of London than I thought, that’s my fault though and no reflection on the listing at all. Just be aware if you are booking with the intention of going into London, I think it was approx an hour to get to Tottenham Court Road from Gerrard’s Cross, and if there are any engineering works (like this weekend), you’re looking around 90 mins to get into London with various tube or trains.

Had a wonderful few nights staying at Jo’s beautiful annexe while we attended a wedding locally. Every detail was thought of and we had the best time! We hope to come back one day! Thank you so much!

Had a lovely stay. The place was so cosy and we felt so relaxed there. We had a tour round Sharon’s farm which was lovely and it was nice to meet her. Very responsive host and gave us recommendations on what to do and where to go. Overall really lovely stay so close to Whipsnade zoo and in a lovely quiet area😊

A very relaxing, peaceful stay in a lovely clean room. It had everything we needed for a couple of nights away from it all with our dog. Our hosts were lovely and made us feel really welcome. The window seat overlooking their beautiful garden was a great place to sit with a coffee and a book in the sunshine. We didn’t want to leave!

We stayed 3 nights in Sarah’s very comfortable annex. Everything was very well thought out and very clean and well kept. It was quite quiet and definitely more peaceful than a lot of town/city locations at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in a village but not silent as we could hear some noise from a busy road a short distance away. Overall an excellent stay.
