Пляж Бечичи один из самых роскошных на всем побережье. Рядом с домом 4 продуктовых магазина. В 30 метрах от дома автобусная остановка, но шума от дороги не слышно, так как окна квартиры выходят во двор. Около дома ресторан Atlantic, в котором с 12 до 16 можно пообедать по доступной цене.
