It is 2 minutes to town, few minutes to the lake and right at the 4-way stop of Hwy 641 & 70 & 8 miles from the TVA. It will fit two people comfortably. This river retreat is on one of the largest most beautiful lots on Catfish lane. It has a 40 foot 5th wheel with all of the amenities. It has one of the nicest camper sheds with a huge patio and seating for 8. A charcoal BBQ and utensils are provided. There is also a fire ring and a small dog kennel in the back. Generous parking for your boat and toys and a large shady, grassy area for the kids to play. Groceries are a 5 mile drive to Savannah and Pick Wick Lake is just 17 miles away.

With a queen bed in the single bedroom, a couch that converts to a double bed in the main living area, and bunk beds tucked into a corner, this is perfect for a family getaway or a group of friends out for the weekend. The deck overlooks a seasonal waterfall and the fire pit is perfect for stargazing.

What an awesome and amazing site for anyone who really wants to camp on top of the world!
