Everything was clean and exactly how it’s pictured. It was so cozy and great!

We loved the quick access to the historic district downtown. We also were thankful that it was pet-friendly which allowed us to bring our 2 small dogs. We enjoyed the bed - it slept very well. Being a queen bed, sometimes me being 6 ft 1 in. doesn't always end well, but I slept like a log the entire time. The air conditioner worked well and cooled upstairs and downstairs very well. That was a huge plus for us, too! We loved the layout of the space. Thank you for a quick get-a-way to our home away from home, St. Augustine!

We stayed just one night but it was a great spot. Tina & Michael were great to work with. Would recommend this rental!

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

This is a beautiful home that is close to historic downtown St Augustine. The description says 'walking distance', just be aware that it is almost 9/10ths of a mile to the edge of town. To see all the sites at St Augustine historical district you have to walk A LOT. So if you are good with the mile there and the mile back, plus all the walking you do downtown, then it is walking distance. We chose to Uber, which was less than $10 each way (the cost of the parking garage without all the hassle). The house is beautiful with upgraded bathrooms. The kitchens are small but workable. There were some minor items that need maintenance but overall we were pleased with the accommodations and they were perfect for our group.

My family and I were in a bit of a transition period from moving out of Florida, and we needed to stay a few more days in town to take care of some things. With a spur of the moment decision to get an AirBnB, we quickly stumbled upon Paula's property. We couldn't have come across a more genuine host than Paula. During this tough time moving, Paula was very prompt with her responses and made sure we felt at home. She was easy to communicate with, and always checked in on us to see if there was anything we needed. Our stay at Paula's property was stress free during a somewhat stressful period in my life. Thank you Pauala. When visiting Florida in the future, we will see if your property is available.

We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

We really loved the Hidden Oasis, and was very comfortable for our family including two young kids. They/we all enjoyed the pool and water toys. We spent hours in it daily. We cooked at home most days and there was plenty of different sized pots and pans. We really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs with us and we could tell they felt right at home. My husband enjoyed the multiple miles of biking in the area and we also appreciated the neighborhood for safe dog-walking. We also appreciated the proximity of the beach and boogie boarding. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

Carla’s home is the perfect place to stay in New Smyrna. It is very clean and spacious with 3 spread out bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the touches in the home were great. There are mirrors and tissue boxes in bedrooms, well supplied toiletries, paper towels and pantry items. The pool and hot tub were a great feature. Very clean and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 to Flagler Ave with the restaurants and shopping. Excellent location on a quiet street. Highly recommend this place.

The perfect place to stay if you want to get downtown away from the busy town, but also be close by. The property is dreamy!

We make annual work trip to Florida every year and Palm Coast area works well for us. This particular property met pretty much all of our expectations. It was clean, organized, and was supplied well with everything you would need. The host was also very responsive. My CONS: Were that the cost to heat the pool and jacuzzi were very expensive at $200 per day, so being here in February left the pool useless to us. A few other minor inconveniences were that the fans and lights are confusing to operate with all the remotes. (Weird enough the bedroom lights and fans came on multiple times at 3am). And the wifi router would not allow more than 2 devices to connect at one time. The pros do out weigh the cons and we would definitely stay here again as long as the weather permits us to use the pool without the cost of heating it.

My wife described the stay as “absolutely fabulous “. We took our mothers to St Augustine to explore the wonderful city where we got engaged, and this stay made it feel like a luxury trip! We also saw deer in the backyard, it was so spacious, peaceful, and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

This house was exactly as described! It was so clean and beautiful and had everything we needed and more! The thoughtfulness that went into this house is amazing! Annette had thought of things we needed that we had not thought of! The house is within walking distance to the beach and every neighbor we encountered was so friendly! The neighborhood felt safe and homey. We recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Great host very helpful with making us comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and lots of places in walking and driving distance. Good amount of traffic but the location was so great to the beach we didn't mind. We didn't hear any traffic at night. Enjoyed the front porch. Great fresh fish place nearby and we Grilled a couple of nights. Definitely would atay here again. Thanks Nolan.

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. This is my second time staying at Keri’s house, and it is always an awesome experience. We have actually nicknamed it our “home” for when we travel to that area! Keri is a wonderful host and always available and helpful when I needed her. Love the house and will definitely be back!

Our stay at Ronnie and Marlo’s cottage was perfect! The cottage is adorable and is outfitted with everything you need. Even comes with coffee! When we requested extra blankets they were provided right away. The location is away from the touristy areas which was what we were looking for, but right across the street from a very minimally occupied beach, and that was during spring break. We came to check our Embry-Riddle, and if my son attends, I hope to come back many more times when visiting. Thank you for your hospitality!
