The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay. With views of the neighbouring field and basking in light, come and relax! You have direct access to your own tiny patio from your garden door. We can make up the bed to be a luxurious double or two singles - just let us know what you'd prefer when you book. Equipped kitchen, desk space, large TV. Enjoy the peace and quiet of our wonderful corner of Norfolk in the beautiful Waveney Valley. Great base to explore the local area.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Welcome to our beautiful oak framed annex in the garden of our cottage, looking over fields at the front and onto the garden at the rear. It is a large, comfortable , light filled space with quality furnishings and original art throughout. I am an artist and have a studio in the garden that you are welcome to visit. There is a large garden with pleached trees and cottage garden style planting . We are tucked away down a quiet no-through road in the heart of the village.

Perfect to explore the beautiful Norfolk region from, or to simple curl up on the sofa and recharge the batteries!
