Adrianne's response was quick! Nice place to stay for the money. Just can't understand why many would want to come to this area for vacation. Adrianne's place was adequate and performed well for my work crew that built my house.

We were in Morganton for the Blue Ridge Ukulele Festival. This home was perfect for us; we walked to local businesses. The accommodation was exactly as described and expected with not a single surprise. The home is lovely, very clean, and charming. We would happily stay again and wholeheartedly recommend.

Lisa was a very responsive host and we appreciate that the property is dog friendly! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for our stay and the bathrooms were pristine. It's a new home, so everything is spotless and comfortable. The host lives on site, but we barely heard them while we were staying there.

Beautiful location, close to the family we came to visit. Looking forward to staying here again next time we visit.

We were in Morganton for a dance competition for weekend. I am so glad we found this play for us and the girls. So much space, so clean, so peaceful. We felt right at home. The girls were in love with every single aspect and wanted to stay longer. I hope we are able to enjoy again in the future.

Kevin is a great host. Our stay was for over a month, and we had everything we needed. His place is a good value for the price. He's also very easy to reach. A window blind broke while we were there, and he was very responsive when we had to tell him about it. We would stay there again without hesitation.

We felt right at home as soon as we checked in. The cabin was exactly as described... beautifully decorated, clean and had eveything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will be returning!

Blin's place was spotless, comfortable and the view was stunning - Fall leaves were in full color while we were there. The bathrooms were spacious and clean - the water was hot with good pressure. The king bed in the master was supportive and comfortable. I heard no complaints about the bunk room beds the kids used. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, bowls and cooking utensils. All appliances worked well. It was muddy while we were there so we rolled up the light colored rugs so we didn't accidentally stain them. We had our dog with us and there was plenty of area for him to run and the streets were quiet for a walk along the road. There are steps all the way to the water which will be amazing for lake access in the summer. As it was cold while we were there and the lake was still recovering from Hurrican Helene, we did not get in the water. All in all it was a great place to stay.

WONDERFUL. Mark and Kimberly really set the bars with the home and communication! They were quick to respond always helpful! The home was beautiful it was just what we needed! We were only 15 min from downtown Morganton but still got to experience the mountains with the location. 10/10 we will definitely be booking again!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay! The cabin was very clean and looked like new. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

This was our first time to Lake James and we are definitely coming back! The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our needs. It was very clean and had everything in great supply. Like others have written, the house is bigger than the pics let on. Susan was proactive with making sure we had the address, codes, etc before we arrived and very responsive if we had a question. All in all, it was a great time with the family!

we were there for a wedding shower. 6 ladies and we all had comfy beds to sleep on, plenty of bathrooms and sitting areas. Super cute decor and theme. The hot tub was warm and relaxing and the outside sitting areas were great too. The lake is so pretty and serene. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay and communication!

This place is so cute! Perfect for a short stay. No oven and no stand up shower, but super cozy and up to date. I actually enjoyed having a bath in the super spacious stand alone tub. Would definitely come back and stay for a night or two.

We found this property so well appointed with all of the necessary items we might have lacked. Because of its location and the possibility of being stranded due to in-climate weather, Jason has stocked many items of which a person might need in the event they didn’t bring enough supplies for a few days. We looked at the food items that are stored as being a backup in the event we were stranded for a few days. Fortunately, for us, we over supply ourselves because other properties we have utilized were completely less supplied. We found that all the bases were covered for food, spices, dishes, snacks, as well as things like the barbecue grill and outdoor fire pit. We were very impressed with how the house was supplied and set up for a renter. It was almost like we walked into our own home with supplies existing. We were glad to have this wonderful experience, and would consider it in the future again.

Cute house. Perfect for our party. We were there for a dance competition at the Comma. Location was great, very clean and the host was super helpful and courteous. Even extended our check out to help with the competition. Would def recommend and would use this place again.

Loved the home, property and location! Very private, quiet and peaceful! It's right next to South Mountain State Park, which was a definite plus for us. It's a great place to unplug and unwind while hanging out on the back porch, walking along the river next to the property or hiking in the park!

I stayed with my three kids aged 4, 8, and 11. There was plenty of space for a comfortable stay. We had dinner on the back porch listening to the sounds of the water. The space provided everything for a relaxing stay and we all really enjoyed exploring down by the river. Would love to come back someday!

My husband and I and our two dogs stayed over a long weekend, and didn’t want to leave, we loved it so much! What stood out upon first arriving was that the home is in an old golf community, didn’t realize when I booked. The golf course is no longer in use for playing, but the fields are beautiful for walking! There are lovely ponds, a creek, and old paved golf cart trails. The cabin is a dream because of the privacy, there is no one around! It’s so peaceful and quiet, and sitting on the deck you can hear the trees creaking when the wind blows, which was neat! The windows on the cabin brought in so much beautiful light during the day, and at night you can see the stars. The cabin was super clean, and had everything we needed to cook in the lovely kitchen. We slept in the king size bed downstairs which was very comfortable. The decor was really cute, with a mid century modern aesthetic. If you’re considering staying, just do it, you’ll love it! We will be staying again in the future.

The home was so clean and well done. My family and I loved it. My wife and daughter were especially happy with the bathrooms. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I can’t say enough how clean and well maintained it is. We will be coming to stay again!
